Abstract
Das Bauelement besteht grundsätzlich aus zwei Materialien und drei Hauptschichten. Der kreuzweise Aufbau von der verschraubten Holzkonstruktion und der vollflächig verklebten Isolation bildet das Grundbauelement. Der Aussenbereich wird grundsätzlich aus einer Kunstharz- oder ähnlichen Beschichtung ausgeführt. Das Bauelement verbindet eine sehr leichte statisch stabile Bauweise mit hervorragenden Wärmedämmwerten.

[0003] Die vorliegende Erfindung gilt als Alternative und/oder neue Möglichkeit, den konventionellen Holzhausbau mit Holzelementen wie Ständerbau zu ergänzen resp. zu erweitern.
Darstellung der Erfindung
[0004] Das Element wird in einer kreuzweisen Konstruktion im Verbund mit Holzständern aus DUO oder BSH und Leichtisolation wie Styropor und/oder Polyethanprodukten (PUR) aufgebaut, wobei die Lattungskreuze verschraubt und die Isolationsflächen miteinander verklebt werden.

Ausführung der Erfindung
[0006] Die Elemente sind ausschliesslich für den Bau von Wohnhäusern jeglicher Art gedacht. Durch ihre kompakte geschlossene Bauweise kann die komplette Aussenhülle mit denselben Elementen ausgeführt werden. Die Bauweise der Elemente erlaubt flexible Anpassung an die statischen und bauphysikalischen Anforderungen des jeweiligen Bauprojektes. Das Wandelement wird im Aussenbereich mit einer Kunstharzbeschichtung versehen. Diese bietet den Vollschutz des Gebäudes gegen die äusseren Einflüsse, wie der Witterung.
[0007] Die Verkleidung kann nach aussen aber auch konventionell, z.B. mit einer Aussenschalung, ausgeführt werden. Nach innen werden die Verkleidungen grundsätzlich konventionell gewählt.
[0008] Das Grundelement besteht aus einer horizontalen Konstruktion mit Rahmenkanteln aus Fichte DUO von 6 x 12 cm. Diese können je nach Anspruch bis 12 x 30 cm und mehr betragen. Die horizontale Konstruktion wird mit Isolationsplatten ausgefächert. Danach wird beidseitig je eine weitere Konstruktionsschicht aufgetragen. Diese Beschichtungen verlaufen vertikal. Je nach Anspruch sind die Rahmenkanteln von 6 x 8 bis 12 x 12 cm und/oder mehr dimensioniert.
[0009] Die Kreuzungspunkte werden nun mechanisch mittels Schrauben oder Nägel fixiert. Die Ausfächerung erfolgt wieder mit Isolationsplatten. Diese werden mit der inneren vertikal laufenden Isolationsschicht vollflächig verklebt. Durch diese Verklebung wird die Aussteifung gewährleistet. Deswegen benötigt es keine weiteren Aussteifungselemente wie Platten oder andere Massnahmen.
[0010] Daraus resultiert eine in sich stabile Konstruktion, statisch ausgewogen und mit hervorragenden isolationstechnischen Werten. Zudem ist sie sehr leicht und deshalb sehr einfach in der Handhabung bei der Produktion, beim Transport und bei der Aufrichtung.
[0011] Fenster und Türen sowie sämtliche Installationen für Heizung, Sanitär und Elektro können einfach und konventionell eingebaut werden.
Claims (2)
1. Den Schutz für die beschriebene Konstruktion der Bauelemente in der kreuzweisen und verklebten Konstruktion. Zudem das alleinige Produktions- und Vermarktungsrecht durch den Patentinhaber.
2. Mit diesem Patentanspruch soll auch sichergestellt werden, dass das Prinzip der kreuzweisen und verklebten Konstruktion geschützt und nicht mit leichten Abänderungen von Dritten nachgebaut werden darf.
