Abstract
Ein Gleitelement, das leicht bearbeitet werden kann und dessen Genauigkeit selbst nach der Vergrösserung leicht sichergestellt werden kann, ein semizylindrisches Gleitlager, das dieses verwendet, und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Gleitelements werden bereitgestellt. Das Gleitelement ist ein plattenförmiges Gleitelement (10), das für ein semizylindrisches Gleitlager verwendet wird. Das Gleitelement (10) ist mit breiten Bereichen (11, 12 und 13) und mindestens einem schmalen Bereich (21, 22) ausgestattet. Je ein schmaler Bereich (21 bzw. 22) ist zwischen je zwei der breiten Bereiche (11, 12 und 13) angeordnet, wobei die Gesamtlänge der schmalen Bereiche in deren Breitenrichtung kleiner ist als die der breiten Bereiche (11, 12 und 13), und deren Härte höher ist als die der breiten Bereiche (11, 12 und 13). Wenn angenommen wird, dass ein Ende in der Dickerichtung der eine Endteil ist und dass das andere Ende in der Dickerichtung der andere Endteil ist, umfasst jeder schmale Bereich (21, 22) eine Eine-Seite-Endfläche, die zu dem einen Endteil exponiert ist, und eine Andere-Seite-Endfläche. Die Andere-Seite-Endfläche ist zu dem anderen Endteil exponiert und hat eine kleinere exponierte Fläche als die Eine-Seite-Endfläche. In dem schmalen Bereich ist die Gesamtlänge der Andere-Seite-Endfläche in der Breitenrichtung kleiner als die gesamte Längsrichtung. Die maximale Breite des schmalen Bereichs beträgt 0,1 bis 5,0% einer Gesamtlänge des Gleitelements einschliesslich der breiten Bereiche und des schmalen Bereiches in der Breitenrichtung.
