Abstract

Der befüllbare Drehkappen-Verschluss dient zur Aufnahme und Folienversieglung einer flüssigen oder rieselfähigen Befüllung in seinem Innern sowie zum Entleeren durch reines Drehen der Drehkappe (1). Er besteht aus einem auf den Gewindestutzen eines Behälters aufschraubbaren Aufnahmeteil (3) mit unten offenem Zylinder (7), wobei der Zylinder (7) unten folienversiegelt ist, sowie einem in diesen Zylinder (7) kopfüber einsetzbaren Becher (2). Alle Kunststoffteile (1–3) sind aus einem wasserdampfabsorbierenden Polymer gefertigt. Am unteren Rand des Bechers (2) sind in axialer Richtung sich erstreckende Stech- und Schneidezähne (5) angeformt. Führungsmittel (9, 10) an der Aussenseite des Bechers (2) wirken mit Führungsmitteln (8, 12) an der Drehkappe (1) zusammen. Beim Drehen der Drehkappe (1) wird damit zunächst ein axiales Verschieben des Bechers (2) zum Durchstechen der Folie (33) am Aufnahmeteil (3) bewirkt, dann beim Weiterdrehen ein rein horizontales Drehen zum Aufschneiden der Folie (33) längs ihres Umfanges um weniger als 360°. Am Schluss folgt erneut ein axiales Verschieben des Bechers (2) nach unten zum Abklappen der ausgeschnittenen Folie (33), wonach der Becherinhalt nach unten fällt.
