Abstract

Ein Manschettenknopf (1), geeignet für Businesshemden mit einfachen Manschetten, weist einen Kopfteil (2) und länglichen Befestigungsteil (3) auf, die unlösbar jedoch beweglich verbunden sind. Ausführungsbeispiel der ErfindungEmbodiment of the invention

Der Kopfteil 2 weist einen Kopf 7 auf mit einer Fläche 7a, an dem ein Schmuckstück befestigt werden kann. Diese kann eben sein, wobei sie aber auch als Halterung für einen Stein ausgebildet sein oder eine Gravur enthalten kann. Vom Kopf 7 führt von der Unterseite der Fläche 7a ein Schaft mit zwei Schenkeln 6 weg, die beidseits des Befestigungsteils 3 verlaufen. Der Befestigungsteil 3 ist länglich ausgebildet und lässt sich als solches in der in Figur 1 gezeigten Position durch das Knopfloch einer Manschette führen. Er weist in seinem länglichen Körper eine längliche Öffnung 4 auf, deren Umriss im Allgemeinen eine Hörnchen-Form bildet, wobei die Längserstreckung der Öffnung 4, also eine Linie zwischen den beiden Enden der Hörnchen-Form parallel zur Längserstreckung des Befestigungsteils 3 ist. Die beiden Teile 2 und 3 sind beweglich aber unlösbar miteinander verbunden. Hierzu weist der Kopfteil 2 einen Stift 8 auf, der die freien Enden der beiden Schenkel 6 des Schafts des Kopfteils 2 verbindet, wie in den Figuren 8 und 3 gezeigt, und der durch die Öffnung 4 des Befestigungsteils 3 verläuft, wie in Figur 9 gezeigt. Der Befestigungsteil 3 lässt sich hierdurch aufgrund der länglichen Öffnung 4 relativ zum Kopfteil 2 bewegen, indem er um den Stift 8 gedreht und darauf auch parallel zur Kopffläche 7a gemäss der Öffnung 4 bewegt werden kann. So lässt sich der Befestigungsteil 3 in eine erste Position bringen, wie in Figuren 1 und 4 gezeigt, in der der Befestigungsteil 3 in seiner Längserstreckung parallel zu den beiden Schenkeln 6 des Schafts am Kopfteil 2 positioniert ist und sein vorderes Ende 3a am inneren Ende des Schaftes anliegt. Er lässt sich von dort gemäss der Pfeilrichtung in Figur 4 in eine zweite Position drehen, wie in Figur 9 gezeigt. In der zweiten Position ist der Befestigungsteil 3 im Vergleich zur ersten Position um 90° gedreht, sodass seine Längserstreckung rechtwinklig zu den Schenkeln 6 liegt und parallel zur Kopffläche 7a verläuft. In dieser Position lässt er sich auch parallel zur Kopffläche 7a gemäss der Pfeilrichtung in Figur 9 hin und her schieben. Zweckmässigerweise weist die Hörnchen-förmige Öffnung 4 Enden auf, die gemäss der Form des Stifts 8 gerundet ausgebildet sind. Der Befestigungsteil 3 wird, wie bereits erwähnt, durch das Knopfloch der Manschette hindurchgeführt und sodann um 90° gedreht, um den Knopf zu befestigen. Sodass beim Einführen und Drehen des Befestigungsteils das Knopfloch geschont wird, ist der Befestigungsteil 3 am vorderen sowie hinteren Ende 3a bzw. 3b gerundet ausgeführt. Der Befestigungsteil 3 weist über seine Länge eine gleichmässige Dicke D auf, die parallel zur Richtung des Stifts 8 gemessen wird und in Figuren 3 und 6 bezeichnet ist. Die gleichmässige Dicke D ermöglicht eine gleichmässige Bewegung des Befestigungsteils 3 um den Stift 8 und entlang der Öffnung 4, indem er stets parallel zu den Schenkeln 6 verbleibt.
