Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Mittel und Verfahren zur Einführung von selektiv variablen Identitätsnachweisen zwecks Sicherstellung eines angemessenen Persönlichkeits- und Datenschutzes sowie zur Wahrung und Durchsetzung der informationellen Selbstbestimmung. Gemäss der Erfindung ist über ein beliebig parameterisierbares Datensplitting eine beliebige Teilmenge sensitiver Personendaten entsprechend der Berechtigung der jeweiligen Kontrollperson selektiv aufbereitbar und direkt oder indirekt sparsam darstellbar.
