L'invention concerne un bouton de manchette comportant une tête (10), une tige apte à passer au travers d'une ouverture d'une chemise, et un bouton qui forme la partie inférieure du bouton de manchette caractérisé en ce que la tête (10) comporte: un corps métallique (11) formant une coque creuse présentant un logement borgne (12); un insert support (13) en matériau électriquement isolant logé dans le logement borgne (12), l'insert support (13) présentant un évidement (13.3) délimitant un fond (13.2) et une bordure périphérique (13.1); un transpondeur RFID (40) pour la transmission de données sans contact, définissant une face supérieure (40.1) et une face inférieure (40.2), logé dans l'évidement (13.3) de l'insert support (13) ; un élément en ferrite (14) intercalé entre le transpondeur RFID (40) et le fond (13.2) de l'insert support (13); un organe décoratif (15) en matériau non métallique formant la partie supérieure du corps métallique (11) et configuré pour recouvrir la face supérieure (40.1) du transpondeur RFID (40) et enfermer celui-ci dans le logement borgne (12) du corps métallique (11).
