Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines therapeutisch wirksamen Stoffes. Es wurde gefunden, da-ss man zu dem in der schweiz. Patentschrift Nr. 81529 beschriebenen therapeutisch wirksamen Stoff auch gelangen kann, wenn man an Stelle @-on Corpus luteum andere weibliche inner- sekretorische Organe, z. B. Ovarien, Plazen ten oder Uteri, nach demselben Verfahren verarbeitet.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Frische Kuhuteri werden in der Fleisch- hackmaschine fein zerkleinert und mit Al kohol im Soxhletapparat extrahiert. der Alkoholextrakt beiseite gestellt uncl der Filter rückstand zunächst mit Aceton. dann mit kal tem und dann mit siedendem Äther so lange ex trahiert, bis die Extraktionsflüssigkeit farblos geworden ist. Der zurückbleibende Uterusbrei wird hierauf, nachdem er eventuell noch inals zerkleinert wurde, zwölf Stunden lang mit Chloroform extrahiert. Nachdem der oben erhaltene Acetonextrakt eingedampft.
und dessen Rückstand im ursprünglichen Alkoholextrakt aufgelöst worden, wird letz terem so viel Wasser zugefügt, dass er zirka 70 %ig ist, darauf der Alkoholextrakt mit dem Clioroformextrakte vermischt. Durch Schütteln wird aus der Mischung eine gelb lich gefärbte wässerige Schicht abgetrennt.
