Description

  

      Stromwandler.       Der Bau von     Stromwandlern    zur Messung       sehr    grosser     Stromstärken    bietet besonders       dann    erhebliche     Schwierigkeiten.    wenn     Strom-          stärken    von     40;000-80,000    A in Frage  kommen.     Für    die dann nicht anwendbare  Ausführung, bei der die in den     Stromkreis     einzuschaltende     Stromscbiene    von     einem    mit  der     Sekundärwicklung    versehenen ringförmigen  Eisenkern umgeben wird;

   hat man     vorge-          schlagen,        StromwandIer        ohne    Primärleiter zu  bauen, bei denen von dem aus geraden, die       Wicklung        tragenden        Schenkelstücken    und  wicklungsfreien     Jochstücken    zusammenge  setzten Eisenkörper ein     Jochstück    zur Ein  führung der den zu     messenden    Strom füh  renden Leitung     aufklappar    ist.

   Bei dieser  Bauart bilden jedoch     stets,        entweder    ein       Schenkel-    und drei     Jochstücke    oder zwei       Schenkel-    und zwei     Jochstücke    ein starres,  in seinen Abmessungen     unabänderliches    und  den     räumlichen        Verhältnissen    vielfach nicht       anpassungsfähiges    Gebilde, dessen Eisenkern  infolge seines notwendigen grossen Quer  schnittes ausserdem sehr     schwer    ist.

      Die     Erfindung    beseitigt diese Nachteile  dadurch,     dass    der     Eisenkörper    des Strom  wandlers aus     kurzen,    mit je einer     Wicklung          versehenen    und au ihren Enden gelenkig     mit-          einander    verbundenen     Schenkelstücken    zu  sammengesetzt ist.

   Durch Vermehrung oder  Verminderung der Gliederzahl kann der Strom  wandler in räumlicher und elektrischer     11111-          ,sieht        dein    jeweiligen     Verwendungszwecke        an-          gepaPt    werden.  



  Besonders einfach und vorteilhaft wird die  Anordnung,     wein    für den Eisenkern gleich  gestaltete     und    gleichbewickelte     Gllieder    ver  wendet werden; die an ihren Enden durch  lösbare Zapfen     miteinander    verbunden sind.       Hierdurch    wird     eine,        wesentliche    Erleichterung  der     Fabrikation        herbeigeführt,        was    eine Ver  billigung gegenüber den vorher genannten       Konstruktionen    zur Folge hat.  



       1n    der     Zeichnung    ist ein     Ausführungs-          beispiel    der     Erfindung    veranschaulicht.     Fig.    1  zeigt einen einzelnen     Schenkelteil    in     schaubild-          lieherAnsicht    und     Fig.    2 eine Ansicht eines       zu.saniinciigesetzteii        Stromwandlers    von oben.

        Der Eisenkörper     a    jedes Gliedes besteht  in üblicher Weise aus einzelnen Blechen b,  die jedoch abwechselnd um die Breite der       aufeinanderliegenden    Gelenkflächen gegenein  ander versetzt sind und an     ihrem    freien Ende  eine Bohrung c erhalten. Diese Bleche     b    sind  bis auf die freien Enden mit der     Wiellung        d     versehen.

   Die so aufgebauten einzelnen Glieder  enthalten an ihren beiden Enden demgemäss  nur die halbe Anzahl der den Hauptteil des  Kernes bildenden Bleche     b;    sie werden durch       Ineinanderschiebeu    der freien Enden und Hin  durchstecken eines     Schraubbolzens    e durch  die Bohrung c in der jeweils erforderlichen  Anzahl     miteinander    verbunden. Durch     An-          ziehen    der     -Muttern    der     Schraubbolzen    e  werden die Enden zusammengepresst und ein  guter     Eisensehluss    erzielt.

   Die Enden der       Wicklungen        d    werden durch     biegsame    Lei  tungen f. zum Beispiel aus gewellten Bändern,  miteinander in Reihe verbunden. An beliebiger  Stelle zwischen zwei Wicklungen d wird an  Stelle des biegsamen Gliedes f das     Mess-          instrurnent        h    eingeschaltet.

UNTERANSPRüCHE: 1. Stromwandler nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel stücke gleichgestaltete und gleichbewickelte Glieder sind. 2.
