Description

  

  Neuartige Kanüle für ärztliche und hygienische Zwecke.    Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin  dung bildet eine neuartige Kanüle für ärzt  liche und hygienische Zwecke.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei  Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen  standes durch     Fig.    1 und 2 in je einer Längs  ansicht veranschaulicht, während     Fig.    3 einen  Schnitt nach der Linie     1-I    der     Fig.    1 dar  stellt.  



  Die     Fig.    1 und 3 zeigen eine Kanüle für       Scheidenbehandlungen.    Dieselbe besitzt ein  dünnwandiges Rohr 1, welches am vordern  Endteil eine Erweiterung 2 aufweist. Die  Erweiterung 2 ist durch einen kurzen     Hals     3 mit     einem    länglichen, zugespitzten Kopf 4  verbunden. Am     Halsansatze    5 des Kopfes  sind seitliche     Ofi'nungen    6 vorgesehen. Die  Erweiterung 2 bildet einen     3lassierkörper,     welcher am Umfange schraubenlinienförmig  verlaufende Rinnen 7 aufweist.

   Der Endteil  8 des Rohres 1 ist zum Anstecken eines  Gummiballes oder eines nach     einem        Irriga-          torbehälter    führenden Schlauches ausgebildet.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt. eine Kanüle zur Behandlung  der Harnwege. Dieselbe besitzt ein feines,       dücinwandiges    Rohr 9, an welches ein läng-         licher,    mit seitlichen     Öffnungen    10     versehener     Kopf 11 aufgesetzt ist. Der dem Kopf 11  zugekehrte Endteil des Rohres 9 trägt den       Massierkörper,    welcher aus einem     schrauben-          linienförmig        tun    das Rohr 9 verlaufenden  Wulste 12 gebildet ist. Die Umgänge des  Wulstes 12 begrenzen eine ebenfalls     sehrau-          benlinienförmig    verlaufende Rinne 13.  



       Dadurch,    dass der     Massierkörper    2 in       Fig.    1,     bezw.    12 in     Fig.    2 hinter den     Aus-          trittsmündungen    5,     bezw.    10 des Rohres 1,       bezw.    9 angeordnet ist und dass     Rücklauf-          rinnen    7,     bezw.    13 vorgesehen sind, wird  das bisher nachteilige, oft schwere Erkran  kungen bewirkende     Zurückdrängen    von in  der Scheide,

       beziehungsweise    den Harnwegen  befindlichen     Krankheitsstoffen    beim     Einführen     der Kanüle verhindert, da solche mit der  einzuleitenden     Spülflüssigkeit    durch die Rück  laufrinnen 7,     bezw.    13 abgeführt werden.  Beim Einführen der Kanüle, unter gleich  zeitiger Einleitung warmer     Spülflüssigkeit,     werden die durch die     Massierkörper    2,     bezw.     12 erweiterten Teile der Scheide; beziehungs  weise der Harnwege fortwährend wirksam       bespült.

  In the accompanying drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated by FIGS. 1 and 2, each in a longitudinal view, while FIG. 3 is a section along the line 1-I of FIG.



  FIGS. 1 and 3 show a cannula for vaginal treatments. The same has a thin-walled tube 1 which has an extension 2 at the front end part. The extension 2 is connected to an elongated, pointed head 4 by a short neck 3. Lateral openings 6 are provided on the neck extension 5 of the head. The enlargement 2 forms a 3lassierkörper which has helically extending channels 7 on the circumference.

   The end part 8 of the tube 1 is designed for attaching a rubber ball or a hose leading to an irrigation container.



       Fig. 2 shows. a cannula used to treat the urinary tract. It has a fine, thin-walled tube 9, on which an elongated head 11 provided with lateral openings 10 is placed. The end part of the tube 9 facing the head 11 carries the massaging body, which is formed from a bead 12 running in a helical shape around the tube 9. The circumferences of the bead 12 delimit a channel 13 which likewise runs very outwardly.
