Description

         

  Dispositif de commande du cadre de scies verticales alternatives.    L'objet de la présente invention est un  dispositif de commande du cadre de scies  verticales alternatives en vue de la suppres  sion des bielles latérales du cadre.  



  Le dessin annexé représente en élévation  une forme d'exécution du dispositif donnée à  titre d'exemple. La fig. 1 en est une vue de  face, et la fig. 2 en est une vue latérale.  



  Le cadre 1 d'une scie verticale alterna  tive guidé entre deux glissières latérales est  relié à l'arbre de commande 2 au moyen d'un  plateau manivelle 3, claveté sur cet arbre  sur le tourillon 4 duquel tourne un disque 5,  serti dans un collier 6 au moyen d'un rou  lement à billes 7. Le collier 6 est articulé  au cadre 1 au moyen d'une chape 8 enfour  chée sur un oil 9, venu de fonte avec l'une  des moitiés du collier 6 et retenu sur cet  oil par un tourillon 10 qui constitue l'axe  d'oscillation du collier 6. La position du ca  dre à la fin de la course ascendante est des  sinée en fig. 1 et 2 en traits pleins tandis  que la position du dispositif, au milieu de la  course descendante, est dessinée en fig. 2 en  traits mixtes. L'arbre 2 est supporté par des    paliers 11. Le graissage du tourillon 4 se  fait par un graisseur 12.  



  Ce dispositif présente l'avantage de sup  primer la commande du cadre par bielles  latérales. On réalise de ce fait une diminu  tion de frottement entre les divers organes  et partant une économie de force. La vitesse  de marche de la scie peut être ainsi sensi  blement augmentée. De même, ce dispositif  permet par sou mouvement rotatif un sciage  alternatif, aussi bien pendant la course des  cendante du cadre que pendant sa montée,  ce qui augmente la production. La coupe est  absolument parallèle, tout ébat du cadre pro  venant de la commande par bielles latérales  étant supprimé. Les lames sciées sont donc  proprement taillées et d'épaisseur homogène.

  The frame 1 of a vertical reciprocating saw guided between two lateral slides is connected to the control shaft 2 by means of a crank plate 3, keyed on this shaft on the journal 4 of which turns a disc 5, crimped in a collar 6 by means of a ball bearing 7. The collar 6 is articulated to the frame 1 by means of a yoke 8 mounted on an oil 9, made of cast iron with one of the halves of the collar 6 and retained on this eye by a journal 10 which constitutes the axis of oscillation of the collar 6. The position of the frame at the end of the upward stroke is shown in FIG. 1 and 2 in solid lines while the position of the device, in the middle of the downward stroke, is drawn in fig. 2 in phantom. The shaft 2 is supported by bearings 11. The journal 4 is lubricated by a lubricator 12.



  This device has the advantage of eliminating the control of the frame by lateral connecting rods. As a result, there is a reduction in friction between the various members and therefore a saving of force. The speed of the saw can thus be significantly increased. Likewise, this device allows, by its rotary movement, reciprocating sawing, both during the stroke of the ashes of the frame and during its ascent, which increases production. The cut is absolutely parallel, any framing of the frame coming from the side rod control being removed. The sawn blades are therefore cleanly cut and of uniform thickness.

REVENDICATION: Dispositif de commande du cadre de scies verticales alternatives, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un plateau manivelle claveté sur l'arbre de commande et pourvu d'un tourillon sur lequel tourne un disque serti au moyen d'un roulement à billes dans un collier pourvu à sa périphérie d'un oeil traversé par un tourillon sur lequel est articulée la partie inférieure du cadre de scie au moyen d'une chape d'entraînement de telle sorte que ce cadre, guidé entre deux glissières latérales, exécute un mouvement vertical de va-et-vient, étant entraîné depuis le tourillon du plateau manivelle, claveté sur l'arbre de commande, par le disque dont la rotation fait osciller le collier, grâce à sa suspension excentrique, autour du tourillon d'articulation du cadre. CLAIM: Device for controlling the frame of reciprocating vertical saws, characterized in that it comprises a crank plate keyed on the control shaft and provided with a journal on which turns a disc crimped by means of a ball bearing in a collar provided at its periphery with an eye crossed by a journal on which the lower part of the saw frame is articulated by means of a drive yoke such that this frame, guided between two lateral slides, performs a movement vertical reciprocating, being driven from the journal of the crank plate, keyed on the control shaft, by the disc whose rotation makes the collar oscillate, thanks to its eccentric suspension, around the articulation journal of the frame .
