Bein Aufwärtsgange des Stempeloberteils wird die Stempelplatte g infolge der wiederum in die zwischen den Gähnen i vorhandenen Zahnlücken eintretenden Stifte k in die Anfangsstellung zurückgedreht. Am Stenilielful;
Stamp with counter. The subject of the invention is a stamp equipped with a counter.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely in Fig. 1 in a side view, in Fig. 2 in a front view and in Fig. 3 in plan view.
The stamp shown has a stamp foot a and an upper stamp part b which can be displaced on this. The latter is bow-shaped and has a handle d on the bow yokes c. A guide bolt e is fixed on the stamp foot. The same protrudes through a hole in the yoke c into a hole in the handle d. A helical spring f is attached to the guide pin e and presses the upper part b of the punch upwards.
A punch plate y is rotatably mounted on the upper punch part b. On Stenipelfuhe a is an ink pad h, arranged on which, in the position shown on the upper part of the stamp, the embossed side of the stamp plate q is on. On the other hand, the punch plate has three teeth i, while two inwardly projecting pins k are provided on the side of the hollow punch foot.
When the upper part of the punch is pressed down, the pins k enter the gaps between the teeth i and initially cause a half-turn of the punch plate (in the direction of the arrow 1), which is then placed with the priige side down on a pad to be stamped.
During the upward movement of the upper part of the ram, the ram plate g is rotated back into the initial position as a result of the pins k entering the gaps between the teeth i. At the Stenilielful;
> e a counter c is specified which is equipped with a metered sliding trade a. A pawl o swingably attached to the upper part of the punch and held in the wag right position by a leaf spring q pressing from below towards the oheli engages the teeth of the ratchet wheel ei when the upper part of the punch is pressed down,
whereby the counter is kept close to the amount of a tooth pitch. During the upward movement of the upper part of the handlebar, the spring-loaded pawl at the front ratchet wheel is swung downward against the action of the spring until it is guided past the same.
Each time the upper part of the stamp is pressed down, the number visible on the top of the counter is increased by one, so that the number of stamps made can be easily read on the counter.
The stamp shown can be used in particular for counting ballot papers. For this purpose it carries an easily removable plate 1) on the stamp foot, which is provided with an inscription to play with yes or no, or your fool of a person to be chosen.
The bleaching ballot papers are now to be stamped with the appropriately designated stamp, the stamps made being equal to the number of votes counted (by the counter). The fact that the ballot papers are stamped after counting means that when the election results are checked later, a recounting of all the papers is superfluous as the stamps that may have been ignored during the first count are missing.
which can easily be determined by leafing through the ballot papers.
