Description
Vergaser für Egplosionskraftmaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vergaser für Explosionskraftmaschinen gemäss Patentan spruch des Hauptpatentes.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Vergasers im Längsschnitte dar gestellt. Das Verteilerrohr f ist bei den Ka nälen r,<I>s, t</I> mit Ringnuten zu versehen, von denen weitere Kanäle x durch die Brücke e in den Hauptluftkanal i führen. Der Zulei tungskanal<I>n</I> vom Schwimmergehäuse <I>d</I> ist gleichzeitig als Luftkammer ausgebildet, in dem das Luftzufuhrrohr y eingebaut ist, so dass beim Arbeiten des Motors eine Mi schung des Brennstoffes mit Luft stattfindet.
Dieses Gasgemisch gelangt durch das Verteiier- rohr f zu den Ringnuten ?o und von diesen zu den Kanälen r, s, t. Gleichzeitig saugt der Motor Frischluft vom Ansaugstutzen c durch die Kanäle x an, welche auch in die Ringnuten w gelangt. Diese das Einsatzrohr f in den letzteren umspülende Frischluft ver- einigt sich mit dem vom Kanal n kommenden Gasgemisch und bedingt eine weitere innigere Zerstäubung desselben, wodurch die Ladung explosionsfähiger gemacht wird. Im Zer- stäubergehäuse a ist ein Drosselschieber b mit der Durchlassöffnung k angeordnet.
Ver suche haben gezeigt, dass sich der beschrie bene Vergaser auch zum Vergasen von schwe ren Brennstoffen, wie Schwerbenzin und Rohöl, eignet.

The distributor pipe f is to be provided with annular grooves at the channels r, <I> s, t </I>, of which further channels x lead through the bridge e into the main air channel i. The supply channel <I> n </I> from the float housing <I> d </I> is also designed as an air chamber in which the air supply pipe y is installed, so that the fuel is mixed with air when the engine is working.
This gas mixture passes through the distributor pipe f to the annular grooves? O and from these to the channels r, s, t. At the same time, the engine sucks in fresh air from the intake manifold c through the channels x, which also enters the annular grooves w. This fresh air flowing around the insert tube f in the latter combines with the gas mixture coming from the channel n and causes a further, more intimate atomization of the latter, whereby the charge is made more explosive. A throttle slide b with the passage opening k is arranged in the atomizer housing a.
Tests have shown that the carburettor described is also suitable for gasifying heavy fuels such as heavy fuel and crude oil.
