Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Baukörpern aus Erdmasse. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Baukörpern mittelst Bausteinen aus Erdmasse, welche in Formen verdichtet und darin getrocknet wird.
Anhand beiliegender Zeichnung ist im Nachfolgenden ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Verfahrens erläutert und zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 Vertikalschnitte durch Gebäudeteile.
Gemäss Fig. 1 ist der Baukörper a, als Teil einer Umfassungsmauer, hergestellt aus übereinandergeschichteten Bausteinen belie biger Grösse. Diese einzelnen Bausteine wer den angefertigt, indem man Erdmasse, z. B. gewöhnliche handfeuchte Ackererde, in Formen verdichtet und darin austrocknen lässt. Die bei den übereinandergeschichteten Bausteinen entstehenden Fugen werden mit Erdbrei oder mit Mörtel ausgegossen. Zum Schutze gegen Feuchtigkeit wird der fertige Baukörper bei b verputzt. Um gegenüber dem umgebenden Terrain g einen noch erhöhten Schutz zu erreichen, wird bei c eine Schicht Zernent- steinmauerwerk aufgeführt.
Das Ganze ruht auf dem Betonfundament d. Das Gebälk ist mit f bezeichnet.
Gemäss Fig. 2 ist der Baukörper k als Teil einer Umfassungsmauer eines Hauses nach dem gleichen Verfahren hergestellt und in gleicher Weise ausgeführt wie Baukörper a beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Auf diesen Baukörper wird zum Schutze gegen innen Verputz l angebracht, während aus dem gleichen Grunde gegen aussen eine Holzver schalung m und darüber eine Schindelung a verwendet wird. Das Ganze ruht auf einer Stein- oder Betonmauer o, welche nach aussen begrenzt ist durch Terrain p. Das Gebälk ist mit s bezeichnet.
Die zur Verwendung gelangenden ein zelnen Bausteine aus Erdmasse können jeder für sich mit einer Schutzmasse zum Abhalten der Feuchtigkeit umgeben werden.

An exemplary embodiment of the method is explained below with the aid of the accompanying drawing, and FIGS. 1 and 2 show vertical sections through parts of the building.
According to Fig. 1, the structure a, as part of an enclosing wall, made of stacked building blocks of any size. These individual blocks who made the by using earth mass, z. According to FIG. 2, the structure k is produced as part of an enclosing wall of a house using the same method and is designed in the same way as structure a in the first exemplary embodiment. Plaster l is applied to this structure to protect it from the inside, while wood cladding m is used on the outside for the same reason and shingling a above it. The whole rests on a stone or concrete wall o, which is limited to the outside by terrain p. The entablature is labeled s.
The individual building blocks made of earth that are used can each be surrounded by a protective compound to keep moisture out.
