Description

. ., ge führt sind. Sie stehen mit ihren Spitzen in einem Stückchen Filz lt und auf einem Brett ehen i, laufen also parallel zueinander und stehen in Ruhelage senkrecht zur Fläche der Platte a (Eil. l ). Zwei Seitenbrettchen il führen die Platte a seitlich.

Hand weaving machine with device for reading weaving drawings. The invention relates to hand weaving machines with a device for reading weaving drawings, in which the warp threads are tightly stretched over a plate which serves as a support for the weaving drawing.

In this weaving machine, the weaving plate is swingably arranged around the points of support of the warp threads and the warp threads themselves are in free-standing, d. H. Warp thread carriers that are independent of the plate and are mounted in graters. The apparatus is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment in which the spanned warp threads with two rows of needles form the shed when the weaving plate is rocked.

Advantageously, who the warp threads are not returned directly below the weaving plate, but led around the foot of the apparatus so that almost the entire chain can be used to produce de fabric.

Fig. 1 shows, partially in section, a side view, Fig. 2 shows a plan view with two types of warp thread tensioning.

Figure 3 is a side view showing the two positions for face forming; FIGS. 4 to 1 show details of the warp thread tightening, and FIGS. 7 to 9 illustrate finished fabrics.

In Fig. 1, a is a plate which is set up at the bulging longitudinal ends to receive the warp threads; The weaving mill drawing b is attached to it depending on the type of material used for the plate. The warp threads c are arranged very tightly Tiber the tarpaulin a continuously, and this can, according to Fig. 1 and the lower half of Fig. 2, endlessly around the plate, respectively. are wound around grooved rollers w for the purpose of dividing the warp threads. The latter can be stretched up and down from e to e1 and back over the plate in serpentine turns, according to the upper half of FIG. 2 and FIGS. 4 to 6.

For this purpose Ha, keiiöseri e or nails are provided, which 2.11 attach small pieces of wood to the ends of the plate a; which are fixed in grooves in the plate,., 'zt (Fig. 9, 5 and 6). You can also use small sheet metal or rod strips with hooks, which can be fastened below the plate. The shedding device consists of two rows of perforated needles f through which the warp threads c run.

The 2 needles f are guided in two perforated plates g, which enclose the plate n and in the first row the chain threads of an odd number, i.e. 1, 3, 5, 7 ..., and in the second row those of the even number, i.e. 2 , t, 6, 8. . ., are performed. They stand with their tips in a piece of felt lt and on a board i, run parallel to one another and, in their rest position, are perpendicular to the surface of plate a (part l). Two side boards il guide the plate a sideways.

Fig. 3 shows the weaving machine in the two positions for forming. If you put the same flat on the table, the plate falls on one side over the row of needles, causing the needles of this row to protrude obliquely through the plate. The warp threads of the other row went down with the plate, so that now the entry with the eye thread, which is drawn into a large needle, can be made at point F, and indeed its length and location can be can be read exactly from the drawing close to the warp threads. If one then tilts plate a to the other side, all the threads in the other row remain on top and the threads in one row go under, and the entry can be made for El.

The warp threads lowered with the plate always stay hard over the drawing, so that the reading can be carried out precisely.

7 and 8 show two fabric samples that can be provided with the described apparatus Leerge. The different hatching in FIG. 8 is intended to indicate different colors. In order to be able to temporarily use a different chain for individual smaller parts, a groove k can be provided in the plate a, into which a bar with pegs according to FIG. 5 or 6 can be inserted.

Fig. 9 shows a single section of the fabric on a larger scale: l is the warp, n is the entry.
