Description

Gasheizbrenner.

Gas heating burner. There are gas heating burners with two superimposed flame wreaths be known, the burner head has two attached attachments .. The subject of the He invention is a gas heating burner with two or more flame wreaths on the edge of an attachment, where the between the burner head and the It is attached to the top closing cover and a ring protruding vertically into the burner head housing is branched off for the purpose of dividing the inflowing gas-air mixture into two gas flows,

these are strongly heated and can escape in different directions and in different levels on the same order of the burner one above the other at the combustion point.

In the drawing, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention serving as examples are shown. 1 and 2 show the first embodiment, a simple burner, and FIGS. 3 to 5 show the second one with back-up lights.

In the gas burner according to FIG. 1, an attachment designed as an insert ring body 3 is placed on a burner head 2 which is connected to a gas air supply pipe 1 and is closed at the top by a cover 4. On the lower and on the upper side of the insert body 3 are grooves 5 and 6 an.eorclnet, which together with.

the upper edge of the burner head 2 and the lower surface of the cover 4 result in channels for the gas-air mixture to exit. The protruding into the interior of the burner head 2 ring of the insert body 3 divides. the introduced gas-air mixture into two parts, which are determined by:

horizontally lying channels 5 and through the obliquely upwardly directed channels 6 in the insert body 3 to the same extent of the burner in different high planes. will. This ensures that the gas flames without. to flow together, surrounded by enough scent, to run individually. In addition, the wreaths of flames that burn through between them meet at different points on the surface to be heated by the burner.

whereby a rapid heat transfer is achieved. Since the insert body 3 is heated strongly, so. Naturally, the gas-air mixture coming to the combustion is also well preheated by flowing past the ribbed rings of the insert body 2 and achieves a significant increase in the heating power of the gas-air mixture.

In the case of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 with back-up lights, a second ring body S which expires in a pipe 7 is arranged between the insert ring body 3 and the end cap 4.

The introduced through a special tube 9 gas occurs. from below while mixing with air. into the tube S, from which it divides through the conical to set 7.0 at the bottom of the lid 4 ge, channels il. in this second ring body S flows in, which run horizontally up to the outer circumference of the burner head. The channels: 11 are seen from above.

between the channels 5 and 6 and bring about a reliable ignition of the heating flame rings. when adjusting the gas supply lane from economy fire to strong fire. All the burning flames are distributed in three differently high wreaths of the same size. As a result, and reinforced by the different directions of exit of the gas, it is achieved that the three flame wreaths come into effect at different points on the area to be heated by the burner, whereby a good heating effect is achieved. becomes.

The gas-air mixture for the back-up flames is also well preheated by the co-heated pipe.
