Description
In dein )-förmigen Teil 8, 9 befindet sieb Quecksilber 12.
Measure at the breath and use instrument to take inhalations. The subject matter of the present invention is an instrument which can be used both for breathing and for preliming inhalations. It has an airtight vessel into which the lower ends of a tube equipped with a cock and pitch pipe, a mercury manometer and a mouth pipe penetrate.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment and FIG. 1 shows a view of the same, and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A1 of FIG.
It is 1 a glass vessel with a volume of about one liter, graduated up to 600 cm3. The vessel is sealed airtight by a plug 2. Through this plug 2 penetrates first the lower end of a tube 3, which has an enlargement 4 below in the Ge and above half of the plug 2 a glass neck 5 and an empty pitch pipe 6. Furthermore, the plug 2 is from the lower end 7 of a mercury permeated by a silver nanometer, which stepped two legs s and 9, which are bent towards each other in a U-shape. The leg 9 has an enlargement 10 and is bent over into the downward part 11, which penetrates the plug 2 with its lower part i. In your) -shaped part 8, 9 is sieve mercury 12. The leg 8 is open at the top.
Between the legs 8 and 9 on the one hand and part 71 of the mercury nanoneter on the other hand, a graphical scale 13 is arranged displaceably in order to be able to set the zero point of the same to the mercury level. Furthermore, the plug 2 is penetrated at the front dlen below the end of a curved mouth pipe 14 to which a hose 15 with a mouthpiece 16 is connected. The dimension of the pipes, for example 0.5 a diameter, is so chosen that if the mouthpiece 16 is pulled very hard, the pitch pipe 6 whistles softly, so that one can check whether the ear is really deep enough is inhaled, respectively.
whether the liner craft is sufficiently developed. The instrument is used to measure inhalation and alienation power, as well as inhalation of oxygen in statu nascendi by dissolving peroxides in water, and development of oxygen in statu nascendi by catalysts or oxidases, finally for the simultaneous inhalation of volatile substances, reactive radioactive emanations of radium and mesothorium.
