Description
Verfahren zur Herstellunn eines direktziehenden o-Oxyazofarbstoftes. Es wurde gefunden, dass durch Kuppeln von 1 Mol. diazotiertem o-Anisidin und 1 Mol. diazotiertem 2-Amino-4-nitro-l-oxybenzol nut 1 Mol. Harnstoff der 2-Amino-5-oxy aplitalii:
- 7-sulfosäure ein direktziehender o-Oxyazo- farbstoff erhalten wird, welcher Baumwolle in licht- und alkalieinpfindliclien violetten Tönen anfärbt. Durch dachkupfern oder noch besser durch Färben in der für direktziehende Farbstoffe üblichen Weise unter Zusatz von Kupferverbindungen zum Bade werden leer vorragend licht- und alkaliechte Bordeaux Töne erhalten.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 12,3 kg o-Anisidin und 15,4 kg 2-Amino- 4-nitro-l-oxybenzol werden diazotiert und diese nacheinander in eine Lösung von 50,4 kg Harnstoff' der 2-Aniino-5-oxynaphteilin-7-sulfo- säure und 50 kg Soda, einfliel, eii gelassen. Nach 12 Stunden wird der Farbstoff aus--e- .salzen. filtriert und getrochnet.
Process for the production of a substantive o-oxyazo dye. It was found that by coupling 1 mole of diazotized o-anisidine and 1 mole of diazotized 2-amino-4-nitro-1-oxybenzene, 1 mole of urea of 2-amino-5-oxy aplitalii:
- 7-sulfonic acid a substantive o-oxyazo dye is obtained which dyes cotton in light- and alkali-sensitive violet tones. Roof copper or, even better, dyeing in the manner customary for substantive dyes with the addition of copper compounds to the bath results in excellent light- and alkali-fast Bordeaux tones.
<I> Example: </I> 12.3 kg of o-anisidine and 15.4 kg of 2-amino-4-nitro-l-oxybenzene are diazotized and these are successively converted into a solution of 50.4 kg of urea 'of the 2- Aniino-5-oxynaphpartin-7-sulfonic acid and 50 kg of soda were poured in and left. After 12 hours the dyestuff is salted out. filtered and dried.
