Description
process for the production of electrical resistance elements. When assessing electrical wirewound resistors, the main points to consider are the manufacturing price, operational reliability and heat dissipation. The method for producing electrical wirewound resistors, which forms the subject of the present invention, enables resistance elements to be built which meet the most extensive requirements with regard to the points mentioned.
To achieve this, strips of electrically insulating and heat-resistant material are placed on both sides of the resistance wire and glued together in pairs with heat-resistant adhesives in such a way that the resistance wire is clamped between the strips and forms a resistance element with them, which can be used individually or in any number united serves as an electrical resistance.
FIG. 1 of the drawing shows a view, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a device for producing resistance elements according to the present method in an exemplary embodiment; Fig. 3 shows in view, Fig. 4 in plan sees a simple resistance element with_ two strips of insulating material, Fig. 5 in view of one with several Ren strips.
In Fig. 1, a plate denotes a plate on which pins b are attached. The resistance wire c. for example made of constantane, is placed around these pins.
Between the plate a and the wire c, strips d, and e, made of insulating material, for example made of asbestos, inserted and with corresponding strips d = and e_. Made of the same material, which are placed on the resistance wire from the other side, glued together using heat-resistant adhesives, such as synthetic resin. After drying, the wire c and the strips pair d and e form a resistance element,
Wel Ches shown in Fig. 3 in view and in Fig. t from above.
Instead of two pairs of strips, the resistance wire can also be held by a larger number of them. In Fig. 5, a resistor element is shown in which, for example, seven pairs of strips are used for this purpose.
