Description
Construction element, hollow. The object of the present invention is an element (the construction, hollow, comprising straight parallel walls spaced apart from each other and connected, at one end between the neighboring walls, by a convex wall towards the outside and, at the other end, by a corresponding concave wall, in order to obtain a good connection between the elements of the same seat, the convex part or parts of an element being engaged in that or those corresponding concave of the neighboring element.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the element as well as of the walls which can be made using elements with three and two walls. straight parallels and a few to very pieces.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of this embodiment; fig. 2 is a longitudinal section taken along line A-B of FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a following cross section. line C-D of fig. 1, and fig. 4 is an end view; figs. 5 and 6 show, on a smaller scale, walls seen in plan made with the aid of the element shown in FIGS. 1 to 1i of an element with two straight walls and a few other parts.
The hollow construction element represented by the fi.- ,. 1 to 4 comprises three straight parallel walls, spaced apart from one another at one end by a wall having two adjacent straight parallel walls. a part convex outwardly and, at the other end, by a wall having between two adjacent straight parallel walls a corresponding concave part. all with the aim of obtaining a good connection between the elements of the same base, the convex parts of one element being engaged in the corresponding concave parts of the neighboring element.
The element thus formed comprises two hollow parts forming two air mattresses. bad conductors of heat: it is advantageous from the point of view of the quantity of material employed and it is, moreover, quick to use. It is particularly suitable for filling panels in reinforced concrete frame constructions.
When it comes to establishing with the help of elements as described frames with battens or corner pieces etc. special bricks like those linked in fig. 5 and 6 can, for example, be used to supplement regular seating. When the walls with concave parts abut against flat surfaces, the hollow formed can be filled with mortar as indicated in fig. 5 and 6.
The superimposed seats can be fitted with joints alternating with respect to the joints of the adjacent lower and upper seats.
For greater thicknesses, the walls can be constructed with elements as described, reinforced by elements having only two parallel straight walls (fig. 6). In this case, it is easy to alternate the joints of the same seat in order to obtain a perfect connection of the elements. It is also possible to build elements with more than three straight parallel walls.
