Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das eine Ausführungs- beispiel desselben ;
Fig. 3-5 veranschaulichen die andere Ausführungsform.
Arrangement of plow bodies on plows.
The present invention relates to an arrangement of plow bodies on plows, in which a plow tree, to which the plow bodies are attached, can be pivoted and locked about at least two axes which intersect at one point.
The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
1 and 2 show one embodiment of the same;
3-5 illustrate the other embodiment.
A plow tree 1 carrying the usual plow bodies, which according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is bent upwards at its one end part, can be rotated around point 2 in all directions, where it is in one of two opposite directions A flattened ball ends, the flattened areas of which are only used for insertion between two tabs 2 'of a plate 6 in which the ball is mounted, the plate itself being attached to the chassis of a flight.
Furthermore, the plow tree is held at its bending point in a second point, 3rd. This is done here by means of a bolt 7, which is pushed through two tabs 4 of a piece 5, which is attached to a part 6 ′ of the 3 ′ slat 6 bent around point 2 according to a spherical saw with the aid of a clamping plate ′ and two through the lines a and b of indicated head screws is adjustably attached. When the bearing piece 5 is fixed, the plow tree cannot be rotated about any axis.
As such are to be seen, firstly the connecting line between points 2 and 3, secondly the line going through point 2 perpendicular to the plow tree level, and finally thirdly the line passing through point 2 perpendicular to 2-3 and lying in the plow tree level Ligie.
The bolt 7 is designed, for example cut on the circumference, so that it is sheared off in the event of excessive loads.
A longitudinal slot 8 attached to the bolt 7 allows a lug 9 to be attached on each side thereof, which prevents the bolt from falling out after the bolt has been inserted into the bores of FIGS.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3-5, the plow space 1 is bent downwards at its one end part and is supported in the knee by an axis 10 between two tabs 11 of a plate 12. The short downwardly protruding arm of the plow tree is fork-shaped and pressed against the plate 1 ') by means of a hammer head screw 13. that # he is immovably connected to this. The bolt of the screw 10 is provided on its circumference with a groove 14, by which it is doubted that it will tear under a certain tensile load.
Finds such an overload of the screw 18 due to excessive stress de. s plow tree instead. so it rips and so allows the pnug tree. to swing the axis 10 upwards, which prevents damage to the plow body or to another part of the piluge. The plate 1) is arranged in a passage 15 of a plate 17 fastened to the frame part 16 of the plow.
The opening 15 is curved at the top and bottom towards a spherical surface. the center point exactly at the level of point 4 (FIG. 5) and approximately in the plane of the rear surface of the plate 17-. so that # the breakthrough # forward, d. H. is tapered towards the flight tree. Aside from that, the plate has some play in the opening so that it can be rotated a little about its axis of rotation perpendicular to the plane of the plate.
At the same time, the plate 12 can be rotated about the horizontal axis that is parallel to the plate plane and passes through the center of the spherical surface, so that the site assumes a position that is more or less inclined to the vertical plane of the plate 17.
The fixing of the plate 12 in the opening 15 is achieved by means of a tie rod 19 connected to the plate 17 at both ends by screws 19, which engages in a corresponding depression of the plate 12 by means of a spherical protrusion 20 # and this presses against the spherical surfaces of the opening 15 in every practically occurring position.
The purpose of the invention described is to enable the plow tree to be adjusted well to any work relationship by setting the plow tree by more than one axis. which is especially important for educational plows. The device could have been designed so that the plow tree could only be rotated about two axes.
