Description
Contact strip for hoop pantograph. It has already been proposed to use coal from one piece as a Stromabnehcner for ironing operation, as one has also used metal only from one piece. With regard to the strength properties, as well as the production process of such coal specially prepared for the power take-off, a subdivision of the coal in the transverse direction is necessary with the usual length of the contact pieces for bow-type pantographs. This type of construction is also advantageous if only metal is used as a building material.
According to the invention, the contact strip for hoop pantographs is designed in such a way that the contact strip (of any shape and made of any material) is at least partially made up of lamellas. The direction and shape of the joint surfaces can be different. As far as the direction of the abutment surface is concerned, it can be transverse or oblique to the bracket.
The shape of the abutment surface can be such that the abutment surfaces have a rectilinear, wave-shaped, circular arc-shaped or any curve-shaped shape. 1 "t% va different transverse stiffeners must be attached to the lamella boundaries: iL; t.
For example, a layering of carbon (that of metal can be used for the grinding piece. Even if the latter arrangement uses less of the advantages of carbon as a building material for the contact piece, the advantages of the design remain, namely the specified subdivision, consist,
which essentially lie in the easy and cheap replacement of used parts. If one wishes to forego the advantages of carbon entirely, one can therefore only limit oneself to the use of subdivided metal lamellae and still utilize the advantages of this design.
The use of the carbon can also be limited to the mainly working middle part of the contact strip, the outer parts of which are then made of other solid material or material divided as indicated.
