Description

  

      Zementiermittel    für Schmiedeeisen, Stahl oder dergleichen.    Erfinder hat die überraschende Tatsache  festgestellt, dass ein bei Wundbehandlungen  wegen seiner Bakterien tötenden Eigen  schaften in wässeriger Lösung vielfach ange  wendeter     Anilinfarbstoff,    wie     Auramin    oder       Methylviolett,    der     unter    dem Namen     Pyok-          tanin    in fester Gestalt in den Handel kommt,  eine das Einsatzhärten (Zementieren) von  Schmiedeeisen, Stahl oder dergleichen gün  stig beeinflussende Wirkung besitzt.

   Gegen  stand vorliegender Erfindung ist daher ein       Zementiermittel,    (las mindestens zum Teil  aus     Pyoktaninpulver    gebildet ist.  



  Das     Zeinentiermittel    gemäss der Erfin  dung kann ausschliesslich aus     Pyoktanin    in  Pulverform gebildet sein, oder es kann aus  einem Gemisch von     Pyoktaniripulver    mit  bei     Zementierpulver    auch sonst gebräuch  lichen     Einsatzhärtesalzen,    wie z. B.     Stein-          oder    Kochsalz und Kalisalpeter, und auch  kohlenstoffhaltigen Körpern, wie z. B. ver  brannten und     gepulverten    Hornspänen, Le  der-. oder Knochenkohlen und dergleichen  gebildet sein.

      Zu     seiner    Anwendung zu     Zeinentations-          z\veckeii        wird    das     Zementierrnittel    in     ge-          wolmter    Weise auf den zu     härtenden          Schmiedeeisen-    oder     Stahlgegenstand    aufge  streut und der     Zementationsprozess    in üb  licher Weise vorgenommen.

      For its use for cementation purposes, the cementation agent is sprinkled in a windy manner on the wrought iron or steel object to be hardened and the cementation process is carried out in the usual way.
