Einsatz für Tabakpfeifenköpfe mit Gerät zum Einetzen und Entfernen desselben. Es sind bereits Einsätze für Pfeifenköpfe bekannt, uni das Feuchtw'erden des Tabaks im Stopfraum der Pfeife zu verhindern, und gibt es solche, die mit einem Bügel zurr Einsetzen und Wegnehmen versehen sind, und solube, die Mittel zum Befestigen, zuin Beispiel in die -Wand des Pfeifenkopfes ein- dringende Spitzen, aufweisen.
Die erstge- nannten haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie durch das den Pfeifeitkopfrand übergreifende Bügelende leicht ungewollt herausgerissen werden und sich ein Deckel nicht anbringen lässt, und die zweitgenannten sind schwor richtig einzusetzen und wieder zu entfernen.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Einsatz für Tabakpfeifenköpfe, mit- telst welchem diese Nachteile behoben wer den sollen, und auf ein Gerät zum Einsetzen und Entfernen des Einsatzes.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in Ausführungsbeispielen darge stellt, und es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Einsatz in einem Tabali- pfeifenkopf in Gebrauchslage in einem teil weisen L@inbssuhnitt. Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 bis 5 zeigen drei verschiedene Ausführungsformen von Einsätzen, je in. Längsschnitt und Grund riss, und Fig. 6 ein Gerät zum Einsetzen und Entfernen des Einsatzes.
Im untern Teil des Stopfraumes 1. der Pfeife 2 ist der Einsatz 3 angeordnet. Dieser weist zwei einander gegenüberliegende, kon kave Fläelien 4, 5 auf, während\ die Seiten wand 6 dem untern Teil des Stopfraumes wenigstens annähernd entsprechend sich ver jüngend nach einer Kugelfläche ausgebildet ist. 7 ist eine axiale Bohrung, in die die Schlitze 8 und 9 einmünden.
Die in Fi-. 3 bis 5 dargestellten Ein e weichen dem vorbeschriebenen gegenüber 5<B><U>'</U></B> s t7 darin ab, dass nach. Fig. 3 der Einsatz nur an der Unterseite eine konkave Fläche auf weist, und dass die Seitenwand mit Nuten 11 versehen ist; dass nach Fig. 4 die Seiten ivand 12 als Kegelfläche mit 'Mitten 13 aus gebildet ist, und dass nach Fig. 5 die Seiten wand des Einsatzes -ewellt ist.
Das Gerät zum Einsetzen und Entfernen des Einsatzes (Fig. 6) zeigt einen Schaft 14, dessen eines Ende<B>15</B> schaufelarti-, atts,.ebil- det ist.
Das Einsetzen und Entfernen des Ein- atzes in und aus dem .Stopfraum des Tabah- pfeifenkopfes kann in der 'eise erfolgen, dass das schaufelförmige Ende des Gerätes von oben nach unten durch die Schlitze 8 und 9 und die Bohrung 7 @-eführt und dar auf um 90 gedreht wird.
Der Einsatz wird nun beim Einsetzen mittelst des Gerätes in seine Gebi,au(@lislage gebracht, das Gerät nach Drehen um 90 wieder heraus,- - e und der Einsatz fest anuedrückt. DaEntfernen erfolgt sinngemäss.
Dadurch. dass die Nuten an den Seiten- l'hiehen, die Durchbrechun'p- 7 und die Schlitze 8, 9, sowie die Durchgänge zwischen den der Stopfraumwand nicht anliegenden Teilen der Seitenlläelie des Einsatzes und der Stopf- raum-wand -sehr klein sind (diese Teile sind, um sie auf der Zeichnung;
leichter ersichtlich zu machen, verhältnismässig- zu gross dar#oe- stellt) wird ein Durchfallen von Tabakteilen und Tabakasche verhindert. An Stelle der beiden Sehlitze 8 und 9 könnte auch nur einer angeordnet sein.
Als -Material für die Herstellung des Ein satzes ist in vorteilhafter Weise ein kera mischer Stoff, wie Ton, Porzellan etc., vor gesehen. Es kann jedoch auch irgend ein andere: Material verwendet werden. z. B. Aluminium.
Insert for tobacco pipe heads with device for inserting and removing the same. There are already inserts for pipe heads known to prevent the tobacco from becoming damp in the stuffing space of the pipe, and there are those that are provided with a bracket for inserting and removing, and solube, the means for fastening, for example in the -Wall of the pipe bowl have penetrating tips.
The former have the disadvantage, however, that they can easily be torn out unintentionally by the temple end that extends over the edge of the whistle head, and a lid cannot be attached, and the latter are sworn to be inserted correctly and removed again.
The present invention relates to an insert for tobacco pipe heads, by means of which these disadvantages are to be eliminated, and to a device for inserting and removing the insert.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in exemplary embodiments, and it shows: FIG. 1 shows an insert in a Tabalip pipe head in the position of use in a partially lined shape. Figure 2 is a section along the line A-A of Figure 1;
3 to 5 show three different embodiments of inserts, each in a longitudinal section and plan, and FIG. 6 shows a device for inserting and removing the insert.
The insert 3 is arranged in the lower part of the stuffing space 1. of the pipe 2. This has two opposing, concave surfaces 4, 5, while \ the side wall 6 is at least approximately corresponding to the lower part of the stuffing space designed ver younger after a spherical surface. 7 is an axial bore into which the slots 8 and 9 open.
The in Fi-. 3 to 5 differ from the one described above compared to 5 <B> <U> '</U> </B> s t7 in that after. 3 the insert has a concave surface only on the underside, and that the side wall is provided with grooves 11; that according to Fig. 4 the sides ivand 12 is formed as a conical surface with 'middle 13, and that according to Fig. 5, the side wall of the insert is -waved.
The device for inserting and removing the insert (FIG. 6) shows a shaft 14, one end of which is shaped like a shovel.
The insertion and removal of the insert in and from the stuffing space of the tobacco pipe head can take place in such a way that the shovel-shaped end of the device leads from top to bottom through the slots 8 and 9 and the bore 7 @ is rotated to 90.
The insert is now brought into its position by means of the device when it is inserted, the device is removed again after turning 90, and the insert is firmly pressed on. Removal is carried out analogously.
Thereby. that the grooves on the sides, the breakthroughs 7 and the slots 8, 9, as well as the passages between the parts of the side panel of the insert that do not adjoin the stuffing space wall and the stuffing space wall are very small ( these parts are to them on the drawing;
