Description

Combustible liquide.

Liquid fuel. The present invention relates to a liquid fuel which can be used in different ways and in particular as a source of energy in furnaces and engines.

This fuel comprises a petroleum distillation product, an alcohol and at least one fatty acid miscible with the other two constituents. It suffices, moreover, for a small amount of this third ingredient to be sorted, even when a high percentage of hydrocarbon is used. This third ingredient will for example be an unsaturated fatty acid or a mixture of unsaturated fatty acids, such as those whose radicals are contained in linseed oil or rapeseed oil.

This fuel could for example be made up as follows: <I> 1 </I> '.. <: eut @@ le <I> 1: </I>' _'5 parts per volume of gasoline, 25 parts in kerosene volume. 25 parts by volume of ethyl alcohol, 13 parts by volume of fatty acids from linseed oil. i ^ reaftl) on <I> II: </I> 25 parts by volume of gasoline, 25 parts by volume of ethyl alcohol, 1 part by volume of acids from linseed oil.

E: r.ent@le <I> III: </I> L5 part; by volume of gasoline, 25 parts per volume of kerosene, 25 parts per volume of alcohol. 12 parts cry volume of acids from rapeseed oil.

The arm acids employed in these examples are obtained by saponifying linseed oil and rapeseed oil in any suitable manner. The mixture provided by the saponification of linseed oil includes linolic, linoleic and oleic acids.
