Der hintere Kopf teil 6a de:.Einsat.z,#titcl@es 6 schliesst den Sani- melrauni nach aussen hin ab, ist aber mit einem eingeschraubten Schraubpfropfen 9 versehen, der als Ventil ausgebilde=t., mittelst Handstellrädchens 11) durch Drehung axial verschoben werden kann, \vodureh sein inne res, vei;

Method and device for producing <B> </B> finite coatings of fusible materials that are firmly connected to the workpieces.
The present invention relates to a method for the production of cover layers firmly connected to the surface of workpieces: into meltable materials, in which powdery spray material converted into a molten state, e.g. B. enamel, glass. Quartz.
Metal, is continuously thrown in small quantities by the flow of a conveying gas onto the target workpiece.
According to the invention, the novelty of the method consists in the fact that the workpiece surface heats up according to the progress of the coating work in local intersection and in successive sections to a temperature approximately corresponding to the melting temperature of the injection-molded material, and thus in the first place Precondition is created
uni (can be connected by welding or welding to the heated workpiece point zii. Another peculiarity of the invention is if the workpiece on which the coating is to be applied by welding or welding is metallic, in the provision that Workpiece during heating before Oz @ -d,
ation zti, what happens, for example, by the fact that the use of the., Werh @ tüches finite reducing effect fuel gas flame takes place1.
The vorli.egencle process differs from the known metal spray process in that
that here the regulation (at the same time finite the impact of the sc-liniolzenen injection-glite particles) insert local tr-u-; irinung @ the injection point down to the approximate melting temperature of the injection material:
It is absolutely fit, while with your metal spitting process the heating of the end piece just does not form a regulation, but in certain cases cannot be carried out at all, namely not if the core rivet has a significantly higher tip temperature than the melting point temperature of the basic material of the workpiece.
In FIGS. 1 and 2 of the attached drawing; "e = in an exemplary embodiment of a supply line which is used to carry out the present method is shown.
As FIG. 1 shows in side section and FIG. In side view, does the injection supply line essentially consist of the injection container 1 and the container with it by a hollow handle? connected nozzle support body 3, the @: en, crossed by a IIahnkück 11 foot piece 3a with two hose connection nozzles 4 and 4a vers,:, hen is.
The nozzle 4 feeds a fuel gas (hydrogen, acetylene, leuuelite gas) under tension to the spray device, and the nozzle 4a feeds oxygen or compressed air under tension.
After passing through a bore in the plug 11, the fuel gas flows into a collecting space. 5 of the middle part of the nozzle support body. This collecting space 5 is pulled axially by a screwed-in insert 6. The core of the insert 6 forms an adjustable nozzle B equipped with a conical inflow channel 1 for the oxygen or the compressed air and therefore provided with a head thread @ _.
The rear head part 6a de: .Einsat.z, # titcl @ es 6 closes the sanitary room from the outside, but is provided with a screwed-in screw plug 9, which is designed as a valve, by means of a hand wheel 11) by turning can be shifted axially, \ vodureh sein inner res, vei;
the younger and conically offset end 9a of the valve seat of the axial bore 6e of the set piece 6 1-, can be enäliert or removed. This has. to the following, that the oxygen or the compressed air, which emerges from the hose and 4a and passes a second hole in the cake 11, flows through holes 13 and 13 into the axial channel 6e,
must emerge from the nozzle opening 7 at the same time.
The nozzle support body 3 has. in his "himself": in the pipe-shaped hand,), riff? a key 14 on the closing neck piece 3e.
If its bore communicates with a vertical channel 15 opening into the bore 13, then the oxygen or the feeding air from 4a enters the spray material container I through the Iiiic-l @ ens, t.stellung gen-gelter 1Vlengf @.
The continuation of the Brenn @ -a., Collecting rauines 5 forms a valve seat at 16 and from 17 to a channel 18 that gradually widens to the end of the nozzle support body 3. The front part of the nozzle body 3 is provided with two insert bodies 19 and ? 0 equips? - equips, of which the shorter, 19, appropriately made of a very resistant material, e.g. B. hardened steel.
The purpose of these insert bodies is to make it easy to change the dimensions of the nozzle channel 18 by replacing them. A nozzle 21 screwed onto the head thread of the nozzle support body 3 forms the continuation and the end of the nozzle channel 18. It can be easily removed from the nozzle support body by Ahschraitben and through another nozzle with a different light ZZ-side and hating to the nozzle channel it is set.
1_ @ m the nozzle 21 is. a second nozzle 22, a jacket nozzle, nested. between the nozzles 21 and 22 either a fine annular channel 23 or a number of grooves around the circumference of the nozzle 21 or in the inside, v anding of ?? remain: ollen.
This channel 23 or these grooves then flows through one, two in nozzle support body 3 respectively. Nozzles 24 and 25 connecting hose 26 provided in the nozzle to fuel gas from the collecting space 5.
The channel of the handle? opens through a connection channel <B> 27-9 </B> into a cavity <B> 27 </B> of the double container bottom 228-28a. The gas (oxygen, compressed air) penetrating through the handle passes through fine openings 29 in the screwed-in upper container base 28a into the interior of the container 1 and swirls the powdery spray stacked up in this well.
Since the spray material container is closed airtight by a cover P provided with a filling opening 1c, the crash occurs, mixed with the spray material particles that are blown up,
through openings 30 of a pipe -31 axially penetrating the spray courage container into the downpipe 32 adjoining the container base opening 28e and from there into a pipe with a channel,
Insertion grommet 33 that passes through a hub of the nozzle support body and opens close to the nozzle 8.
Glebraueh de, s spray gun is operated in such a way that the connection leading from the nozzle support body to the spray material container is initially closed by chucks 14 and either only the fuel gas is released into the nozzle channels 18 and 23.
.enclenclen taps or valves are opened or in addition, for the purpose of increasing the heat intensity of the bottles formed at the nozzle orifices by the ignition of the gases, with the cock 14 closed by 11, 12, 13 and 7 also Sanerstof l 'or pressing air is sent into the nozzles 8 and 18.
The heating of the workpiece is intended to include; reducing flames to prevent oxidation of the metallic surface of the workpiece;
In order to prevent the for what purpose the used fuel gas (@ hydrogen, acetylene, compressed fluorescent gas @ etc.l are fed in overflow).
_If the nozzle lines fed in this way are directed against the processing material, the affected area is set down to the required level of detail depending on the type of material to be sprayed, as is the case with enamel;
is, bei generally fluctuates between 500 and <B> 1300 '</B> C, heated. If the required temperature is reached in this way at the point affected by the flames, the appropriate setting of 14 oxygen or compressed air: to the spray material;
This is guided by the filter and thereby causes the spray material to be swirled up vigorously. Corresponding to the height of your, 3prifzgntl> eliä.lter accumulated spray mud, a hollow needle 34, which fills the tube 31 and which is in different @ ülicula @,

that a gas stream consisting of a mixture of spray material and oxygen or compressed air through one of the slots of the needle 34 and the corresponding openings 30 of the tube 31 through into the downpipe 32 or. the spout 33 arrives.
It mixes here with your mixture of fuel gas and oxygen respectively exiting at 1.7 from 7 and 5. Compressed air and flows as an undivided stream through 18 to nozzle 21. T); is easily replaceable insert 19 crsclitveri. here a: .ltirhöiilun @ g 'resp. unwanted expansion of the channel 18 by the sharp spray material, if necessary it can easily be replaced.
At the nozzle orifice - the parts to be molded melt together in the heat of the nozzle - flannel and weld firmly together with the preheated workpiece at the moment they hit the workpiece,
what by keeping the hit metallic. @ work piece surface is made possible before oxidation. For this purpose, the influx of Brenix gas and oxygen respectively. Compressed air can be regulated so that the resulting flame has a reducing effect, d. H. prevents oxidation.
