B. an Aufzügen.
Device for moving vibratable bodies to be vibrated with gradually increasing vibrations, in particular for ringing church bells. The subject of the invention is a device for moving bodies that can swing around a fast axis, which must be brought around their axis from the rest position in gradually larger oscillations up to a desired deflection and then for any length of time in the oscillation movement Must be kept from the attained height, especially for ringing church bells.
The oscillating movements are generated because the steady rotary movement of a drive is converted into an oscillating rotary movement, which in turn is used to pull a pulling element in two opposite directions. Such facilities are already known.
According to the present invention, the conversion of the uniform rotary motion of the drive into an oscillating rotary motion is provided by a double clutch with this device, which has a common coupling center piece connected to the train and a shift lever and two stationary, in opposite directions See each other for continuously rotating coupling parts. In Fig. 1-6 an embodiment of the device is Darge provides which is used to ring a church bell.
Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of the entire device; Fig. Shows a section through the coupling piece, Fig. 3 shows the contacts of an elec trical oscillation control; FIGS. 4 to 6 show section and views of an operating control: FIG. 7 schematically illustrates the arrangement of some parts of an exemplary embodiment for the ringing of four bells.
The device shown has a rapid drive device, a double clutch with a shift lever for converting the continuous rotary movement into an oscillating rotary movement, an oscillation control and an operating control. The device is set in motion by starting motor 1. Starting can be done by turning on the power for motor 1 through switch box 2 with the switch lever of the latter,
or by actuating the control box through a switch-on relay, e.g. B. in the following ways Directly from the push buttons 3 ', 3 ", 3"', which are placed anywhere, be it in the tower, in the messmer or pastor's apartment or on the pulpit, or automatically by a time switch 4, or automatically by placing a contact 6 on any wheel 5 of the church clock, a device that works in the same way as a time switch, or by combining all of these means.
When the motor 1 is turned on, a low-voltage circuit is closed for the oscillation control, event. for the automatic hooking and unhooking of the clapper, respectively. from the bell.
The drive device of the also called Pedel apparatus or bell device consists of the motor 1, the drive pulleys 7 and 8, the main shaft 9, the pinion 10 for the oscillation control, the drive wheels 11 and 12 and the transmission members 13 and 14 for the Drive of the double clutch to convert the continuous rotary motion into an oscillating rotary motion. If the device is used to ring several bells, parts 7, 8, 9 and 10 are common for all bells, 11, 12 and the movement transmission orgaue 13 and 14 are repeated for each bell. The endless transmission organ 13, z.
B. a rope, belt or chain is open, the transmission element 14, also a rope, belt or chain, is set so that the part 15 is continuously driven in the same direction, but part 16 is continuously driven in the opposite direction to the main shaft 9.
The double clutch for converting the continuous rotary movement into an oscillating rotary movement is composed of the two rotary coupling parts 15 and 16 in stationary bearings 17 and a center coupling piece in the stationary bearings 18, with the coupling hollow shaft 19, which is firmly connected at both ends to the drive disks 20 , on each of which a schematically illustrated clutch engagement mechanism 22 is attached.
In the hollow shaft 19, the clutch switching shaft 21 is arranged, which the Einrückungsmechanis men 22 presses in a known manner by changing the axial position of the rotating parts 15 and 16 at certain intervals regulated by the control organs and causes the carrier plates 20 carrying the engagement mechanisms to move along telstück 19, 20 is rotated oscillating in one and the other direction. The wheel 23, around which an endless traction element 24 (rope, belt, chain, etc.) is looped, which leads around a wheel attached to the bell swing axis, and the actuating wheel 25 for moving the operating control are fastened to the hollow shaft.
The axial displacement of the clutch shift shaft 21 for engaging the clutch center piece 19, 20 in the rotating parts 15 and 16 is accomplished with a double-armed shift lever 26 rotatable about an axis 27. The switching lever 26 is pivoted back and forth between positions I and II by control elements. The rollers 28 (FIG. 2) on the shift lever 26 push the shift sleeve 52 back and forth.
The back and forth movement is transmitted to the shift shaft 21 by a pin 53, which is firmly connected to the sleeve 52 and the clutch shift shaft 21 and slides freely in the slot 54 of the clutch hollow shaft 19.
The oscillation control ensures that the bell is automatically and automatically brought from the rest position to the oscillation necessary for ringing. The ringing can also be done by hand. The bell is rung by hand by turning the lever 26 alternately into camps I and 1I after turning on the motor 1 with the handle 28 while simultaneously observing the bells position after the movement of the pulling element 24 the aforementioned electrical Schwaehstrom in the pull relays 99 and 30 to the effect, the cores of which are coupled to the lever 26 in 31 and cause the pivoting of the switching lever 26 in the bearings I and II.
The control of the Sehwaehstromes for actuating the relays 29 and 30 takes place in vain's own Vorrich device. The shaft 33 of this control device for the low power is driven by the main shaft 9 via the cogs lt) and 32. On the shaft 33, a friction wheel 34 is arranged for each bell, which rotates an associated friction disk 35 continuously about its axis 36, next to which two isolated, fixed double contacts 37 are installed.
On the axis 36 (Fig. 3) is an isolated, co-rotating hub 55 mounted rides a contact segment 56, which alternately slides under the Doppelkon contacts 37 and so the low power for the relay 29 or 30 closes. The electrical oscillation control can be adapted to the period of oscillation of the associated bell in that the small wheel 34 is moved closer to or away from the axis 36 and consequently the revolutions of the disk 35 follow faster or slower.
The operational control takes over, as will be shown below, the movement of the lever 26 automatically as soon as the bell starts to oscillate sufficiently, and keeps it in continuous even movement as long as the motor 1 remains switched on. The movements of the operational control are inevitably regulated from the bell. The changes in position of the bell are transmitted by the tension member 24 to the hollow shaft 19 and further through the drive wheels 25 and 38, the shaft 39, worm 40 u and ring gear 51 to the operational control.
The operating control rests on the shaft 45 (FIGS. 1, 4, 5 and 6) and is formed from the degree of movement 41 with the switching levers 42 and the switching stroke limiters 43). The levers 42 act on the nose 44 of the otherwise freely rotatable steering wheel 46, on which the pin 48 is fixed, which is connected to the control rod 49 and the springs 50 (FIGS. 1 and 4-7).
As soon as the bell rings, the double clutch pulls alternately through the pulling element 24 on the bell, which in turn moves the central coupling piece 19 and 20 through its oscillation and via 25, in the slides, during which neither of the two rotating coupling parts 15 and 16 is switched on, 38. 39, 40, 51 the motion wheel 41 moves back and forth, so that ## 41 starts with the first bell movement, caused by the oscillation control, to the full ringing in an ever-increasing, oscillating rotary movement around the axis 45 comes within the angle of the drawn toothing 51.
Depending on the impact from the motion wheel 41, the levers 42 are individually or together to the nose 44 is moved by the Schalhubbbegrenzer 43 (Fig. 1, 5 and 6) and the steering wheel 46 is taken until it with the pin 48 in the limit positions 111 and IV oscillates. These limit positions III and IV cause a stroke of the control rod 49 and the springs 50, which moves the switch-on lever 36 so that the double clutch, which was previously operated by the oscillation control, is also engaged and disengaged by the operational control .
The Schaltbubbbegrenzer 43 are set in such a way that ##, as soon as the steering wheel 46 with the tappets 48 reached the positions III and IV stepped (Heg. 5), the pushing lever is pulled off the nose 44 (Heg. 6) and the control Rad 43 finite pin 48, control rod 49 and springs 50 falls into the #Hittellage (the B, -% movement is indicated by arrows in reg.
5 arid 6 gelsennzeiclinet), the lever 26 mituitntnt tid the engaged clutch rotary part I5 or 16 from the associated driver disk 20 by moving the shaft 21 List.
As soon as the pin 48 deflects approximately into the limit position IV, d. H. the bell has swung out to such an extent that the operating control now moves the lever 26 sufficiently without further action, is attached to the by the circuit breaker 47, on which a contact 57 (FIGS. 1, 5 and 6) Movement wheel 41, acts, the low-voltage ge current for the relays 29, 30 switched out according to known designs, such. B. on elevators. The mechanical part of the vibration control continues to run, but no longer acts on the shift lever 26 through the relay.
In the various devices of the device shown, organs are attached whose movement times can be adapted to the period of oscillation of the associated bell. In the present example, these are the wheels 25 or 38 for inevitably moving the operational control. These wheels can be replaced by ones of a different diameter; The switching stroke limiters 43 to achieve a uniform ringing by shifting concentrically around the pin 45: The springs 50 for regulating the pressure on the lever 26; The wheel 34 for ringing by adjusting relative to the axis 36 and Re rules the rotational speed of the contact segment 56; The wheel 23, which can be replaced by a wheel of a different diameter in order to adapt to the size of the bell.
The device shown works as follows: When the motor 1 is switched on, the low-voltage current (scheme according to a known arrangement, e.g. elevators) for actuating the relays 29 and 30 is also ready for operation. The main shaft 9 rotates with the small wheel 10, 11, 12 continuously and with it the rotating parts 15 and 16 of the double clutch, 15 in the same direction and 16 in the opposite direction as the main shaft 9. Furthermore, the shaft 33 of the electrical oscillation control rotates with it the small wheel 34 for moving the contact segment 56. The low-tension current passes through the relays 29 and 30 alternately at certain intervals.
These pull the lever 26 into positions I and II, and as a result the central coupling piece 19, 20 with the wheels 23, 25 is inevitably coupled together alternately with the rotating coupling parts 15 and 16 and pulls the bell on the pulling element 24 in the direction of rotation of the rotating part that is coupled. The pulling element 24 pulls both when ringing and when ringing, in every sense of the pendulum movements of the bell, and this only during part of the bell's oscillation path. On the rest of the oscillating section, the bell controls the operational control backwards via 24, 23, 19, 25, 35, 39, 40, 51.
This oscillates synchronously with it from the first oscillation of the bell, at first it only grooves with a small movement, then more and more with the increasing ringing, until the back and forth movement of the pin 48 reaches the limit positions III and IV and thereby the stick 49 with the springs 50 so much that ## they in turn swing the shift lever 26 enough to engage and disengage the double clutch. At this moment, the relay current is switched off by the contact 47, the electrical oscillation control continues, but no longer acts on the switching lever 26.
Should the bell vibrate too much while it is ringing, the oscillating rotation of the movement wheel 41 will be smoother than necessary. The stroke limiters -13 are set in such a way that the levers 42 only hit the nose 44 for a long time when the path of the pin 48 does not go beyond the limit positions III and IV and the bell receives the same vibration remains.
The regulating organs are set in such a way that the (flake cannot vibrate insufficiently when the bell rings.
The ringing is interrupted by A1) - setting the drive motor 1, which can be done in several ways, either directly or automatically, analogous to starting.
