Hydraulic linkage, in particular for regulators. The invention relates to a hydraulic linkage, in particular for regulators, but which can also be used advantageously in controls, remote control devices and the like. So far, such devices are known in which a pressure medium under the direct influence of the regulator acts directly on the device to be actuated.
According to the invention, the device to be operated is adjusted by a pressure medium, the pressure of which in the device is controlled by an automatically adjusting pressure control element which is itself under the action of both this pressure and the pressure determined by the controller. By the subject matter of the invention is achieved compared to the known hydrau lic linkage to make the adjustment of the device from the harmful A flows of leakage losses, the moving masses and the elasticity of the bodies involved as free as possible.
On the drawing some Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are shown. In Fig. 1, a is a cylinder, in the filled with pressure fluid space b by a regulator (not shown) through the line c according to the fluctuations of the variable to be controlled pressure it is generated. d is a movable piston in this cylinder, e is a control slide firmly connected to the piston and f is a pressure chamber filled with a further pressure medium supplied under high pressure by a device (not shown), which is fed through line g to the pressure medium (not shown) device to be operated is connected.
h is the supply line of this pressure medium, i is a discharge and k is a channel that permanently connects the space f with the slide ring space b. When the machine is in a steady state, the slide is in the center position shown. If the pressure in space b increases as a result of the action of the controller, the supply line h is connected to space f by moving the slide e downwards. As a result of the pressure medium overflowing from the supply line h to the space f , the pressure in space f is increased until it overcomes the pressure im controlled by the regulator Space b is able to lift the valve as far as is necessary to shut off the line again.
Meanwhile, the pressure in space f, which corresponds exactly to the pressure in space b, propagates through line g regardless of leakage losses etc. up to the device to be actuated and causes it to be adjusted. A similar process occurs when the pressure in room b is lowered by the controller. By moving the slide e upwards, the derivative i is then connected to the spaces f 'and g, whereby the pressure there drops until it has reached the pressure prevailing in space b. In the manner described above, a perfect transfer of the regulator effect to the device to be operated by it is achieved even with long lines.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the diameter of the piston d is larger than that of the slide e. The device works exactly like that according to FIG. 1, with the difference that the pressure in space f is higher than that in space b and is related to this like the area of the piston d to that of the slide e. The embodiment according to FIG. 2 is particularly suitable for the slow-moving engine, the controller of which can only produce low pressures and small pressure fluctuations in space b. These are then reinforced with the help of the device shown in FIG.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, a controllable spring 7n is arranged in space b, by means of which it is achieved that the pressure in space f is always higher by a constant amount than that in space b. As a result of the adjustability of this spring, it is also possible to change the difference between the pressures in the spaces b and f within certain limits. If the spring is arranged so that it acts on the slide in the opposite direction, the same effects are achieved with the difference that the pressure in space f is smaller than that in space b. Of course, the piston d could also have a larger diameter than the slide e.
In Fig. 4, an embodiment is shown at GE. which the piston d is connected to the slide e with the help of a lever o mounted at yt and the two rods .p. The arrangement is such that the piston b acts in the same way as the pressure in space f on the slide. The additive pressure effects in the spaces b and f are absorbed by an adjustable spring acting on the movable end of the lever. This ensures that the sum of the effects of the forces in the spaces b and f on the slide is constant. In other words, it is achieved that the pressure in space f decreases with increasing pressure in space b and vice versa.
This embodiment is advantageous, for example, where it is a question of bringing about a closing movement of a valve that closes in the sense of the flow when the pressure rises in space b.
Instead of being firmly connected to the slide e, the piston d could also be connected to the same with the aid of a spring. A plurality of lines g, each leading to one of these devices, could also be arranged at the space f for the purpose of operating a plurality of devices. Adjustable springs can act on pistons arranged to absorb the pressure medium action in these devices, for the purpose of being able to adjust each of these devices as required. If the adjustment requires great forces, they could of course also be generated with the help of servomotors. Each one of the to be worked.
Devices could of course also be operated by a special pressure control element connected to line c, if necessary with the interposition of a servo motor. Finally, instead of the piston valve e, a valve q according to FIG. 5 or a simple piston r according to FIG. 6 could be used.
The mode of operation of these two embodiments differs from that with the control slide e only in that the valve q respectively. the piston r is always more or less open during operation in order to allow the pressure medium entering at h an uninterrupted transfer to the line i, depending on the pressure fluctuations in the space b and f, more or less throttled.
