Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Akridinderivates. Es wurde gefunden, dass man an Stelle von 3, 9, 7-Nitroamirioaethoxyakridin, von welchem man durch Behandlung mit Reduk tionsmitteln nach dem Verfahren des Zusatz patentes Nr. 93753 zu dem 3, 9, 7-Diamino- aetlioxy-akridin gelangt, auch ein aus dem 3, 9, 7-Nitro-chlor-aethoxy-akridin durch Um setzung mit einem Hydrazin erhältliches 3, 9, 7-Nitro-hydrazino-aethoxy-akridin verwen den kann.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 24,6 g 3, 9, 7-Nitro-phenylhydrazino-ae- tlioxy-akridin-hydrochlorid werden in 180 ccm 90 %iger Essigsäure suspendiert und unter Rühren bei 50-600 24 g Zinkstaub einge tragen. Es tritt Lösung ein. Nach dem Er kalten wird vom Zinkacetat abfiltriert und aus dem zum Sieden erhitzten Filtrat durch. Zusatz von Chlornatrium das Hydrochlorid des 3, 9, 7-Diamino-aethox5--akridins gefällt.
Das 9-Phenylhydrazino-akridinderivat ist rot gefärbt, unlöslich in Wasser; schwer lös lich in Alkohol. Sein Hydrochlorid ist eben falls rot, schwer löslich in Wasser und Al kohol.
