Description

  

      Koppkeil.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein     Koppkeil    zur Beseitigung der Blähung       hei    Tieren, vorzüglich Rindvieh.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfundenen       CTegensi-andes    ist in der Zeichnung darge  stellt.  



  Bei dem dargestellten     Koppkeil    ist ein  Bügel F vorhanden, dessen Schenkel am  Scheitelpunkte E. gelenkig miteinander ver  bunden sind. Die freien Schenkelenden des  Bügels sind rechtwinklig nach aussen abge  bogen und an den äussersten Enden mit Ösen  versehen. Auf den abgebogenen Schenkeln  nahe der     Abbiegungsstelle    ist ein zweiter,  etwas längerer Bügel C mittelst Ösen H dreh  bar gelagert. Die Schenkel des Bügels sind       hei    D ebenfalls gelenkig miteinander verbun  den. Zwischen den Schenkeln dieser beweg  lichen Bügel F und G liegt quer zur Längs  richtung der Bügel seine Stange A, welche  an den Enden mit Ösen versehen ist.  



  Die Gebrauchsweise dieses     Koppkeils    ist  folgende: Der     Koppkeil    wird dem Tiere mit  dem gebogenen Teile voran in das Maul über  der Zunge eingeführt; dabei wird die Stange  A, welche sich in den Maulecken fängt, gegen    die Bügelenden hin zurückgestossen, wodurch  die Bügel in Spreizstellung gelangen,     dadurch     dem Tiere den Gaumen öffnen und dasselbe  zum Aufstossen, eventuell Erbrechen reizen,       wodurch.in        kurzer    Zeit die Blähung gehoben  wird.  



  Infolge der Gelenkstellen E und D der  beiden Bügel ist es möglich, die Schenkel die  ser Bügel mehr oder weniger auseinander zu  spreizen, um den     Koppkeil    der Maulgrösse an  passen zu     können.
