Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines gemischten Phosphorsäureesterse . Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines gemischten Phosphorsäure- esters beschrieben, das darin besteht, dass man auf die sauren Ole, die sich bei der Auf arbeitung des Teers ergeben, nach einer der üblichen Methoden Phosphorverbindungen, wie zum Beispiel Phosphoroxychlorid oder Pliospliorsäureanhydrid, einwirken lässt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man nach der gleichen Methode einen gemischten Phosphorsäureester erhält, wenn man auf 1 Hol. Pliosphoroxychlorid 2 Hol. o-Kresol und 1 Hol. Phenol einwirken lässt.
Das Di-o-kresylmonophenylphosphat ist ein wasserhelles, fast farbloses, schwach bläulich fluoreszierendes, bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur flüssiges, viskoses 01, das bei 302 bis 303 bei 48 mm Druck siedet und sich hervor ragend als Weichhaltungsmittel bei der Her- stelhan_g von plastisnhen Kunststoffen eignet.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 216 Teile o-Kresol und 94 Teile Phenol werden in 154 Teile Phosphoroxychlorid ein getragen und das Gemisch zunächst einige Stunden bei Wasserbadtemperatur, dann all mähliel-i bis auf 290 erhitzt, bis keine Salz säuredämpfe mehr entweichen. Nach zwei maligem Fraktionieren des Reaktionsproduk tes erhält man den Ester als wasserhelles, fast farbloses, schwach bläulich fluoreszie rendes, bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur flüs siges, viskoses 01, das bei 302 bis 303 bei 48 mm Druck siedet.
Man kann auch so verfahren, dass man zunächst aus 1 Hol. Phenol und 1 112o1. Phosphoroxychlorid das 3VIonophenylphosphor- säuredichlorid darstellt und dieses sodann mit 2 Hol. o-Kresol zum Di-o-kresylmono- phenylphosphat umsetzt; man kann auch zunächst aus 2 Hol. o-Kresol und 1 Hol.
Phosphoroxychlorid das Di-o-kresylphosphor- säuremonochlorid darstellen und dieses so dann mit 1 Mol. Phenol zum Di-o-kresyl- monoplienylphosphat umsetzen.
