Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent und in den beiden Zusatz patenten Nr. 96138 und 96139 ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung von Küpenfarbstoffen beschrieben, das darin besteht, Nitranilide des. Chinons und des gechlorten Chinons mit Sehwefelarnmonium zu erhitzen.
Es wurde gefunden, dass das durch Konden sation von Chloranil und m-Nitranilin erhält liche. Dichlorchinorr-m-nitranilid durch Er hitzen mit Schwefelalkalien in einen wertvollen Küp-enfarbstoff umgewandelt wird.
<I>Beispiel 1:</I> 10 kg Dichlorchinon-m-nitranilid werden mit einer Lösung von 60 kg krist. Schwefel natrium in 200 Liter Wasser sechs Stunden zum. Kochen erhitzt. Der Farbstoff, der aus der erhaltenen Lösung mit Säure ausgefällt wird, ist nach dem Trocknen ein grünschwar zes Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich ist und sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blau grüner Farbe löst. Aus der dunkelgelb ge färbten Küpe wird Wolle in echten, oliv braunen Tönen angefärbt.
<I>Beispiel 2:</I> 40 kg Dichlorchinon-m-nitranilid werden innerhalb zwei Stunden bei 100-1051) in eine Schmelze von 130 kg krist. Schwefel natrium, 18 kg Schwefel und 80 Liter Wasser eingerührt. Nachdem drei Stunden bei der gleichen Temperatur nachgerührt ist, wird die dickflüssige Schmelze mit Wasser ver dünnt und der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff abfiltriert.
