Description
Process for the production of components. The present invention is a process for the production of construction elements, based on the fact that sawdust is mixed with a granular substance and cement as the main component after it has been fully soaked beforehand using slaked lime and then dried with a granular substance, then white lime and water glass are added to the mixture so much water is added until a dough is formed that can be easily spread out in the molds to be produced to form the elements, and that the elements are dipped in a solution of vitriol after drying.
In an exemplary embodiment of this process, 100 parts of sawdust, such as that obtained in the sawmill, are used after soaking with slaked lime (until completely saturated) and after drying (expediently in the air ) Add 25 parts of slag or sand and 20 parts of cement. These three dry ingredients are mixed together intimately.
15 parts of white lime (hydrated lime in aqueous solution) and .6 parts of silicic acid soda (water glass) are mixed into the mixture obtained in this way, and so much water is added until a dough is formed, which can be easily spread out in the molds to form the elements to be produced leaves. After the stone-like building element created in this way has dried, it is immersed in a solution of iron vitriol, which consists of two thirds of water and one third of iron vitriol, and the element is then allowed to air dry. This impregnation causes mineralization of the component and makes it weather-resistant and fire-resistant.
The component obtained in this way is characterized by absolute nailability. The element itself can be given any external shape, depending on its intended use. It is advantageous as an insulating, light and therefore warm inner panel that forms part of a wall structure, but also as a light outer panel, such as a hollow body for ceiling constructions, and also, for example, as a panel for partition walls, as an insulating panel, etc.
If the building element is to be used, for example, in the form of inner and outer panels in wall constructions with fillers or filler material, then the element is provided with a water-repellent coating, expediently made of tar oil or goudron, and sanded afterwards .
This coating makes the element insensitive to anything in the fillers or Moisture present in the filling compound (concrete etc.), while the sand acts as a good bond between the element and the filling mentioned.
If desired, when they are formed, the elements can be provided with an insert which increases their insulating capacity, for example in the form of paper or peat meal.
