Description
Zerlegbares Wohnhaus.
Dismountable house. The subject of the invention relates to the production of a dismountable house using wall panels.
Up to now, these have been made of timbered wooden frames with wooden formwork on both sides or of such paneled panels, which had to be assembled into a wall using special half-timbered scaffolding.
Compared to this production method of walls for dismantled houses, which was cumbersome, slow and expensive and also did not give a particularly solid appearance, be the invention be the production of a dismountable house with walls made of such panels, for example by wooden formwork, plaster, etc. have clad frame men, in which appropriate iso lierendes filler, z. B. peat is attached and without the use of a framework scaffolding with each other exclusively by spring strips, which men work together with a provided in the frame, all around groove, are connected to a solid-looking wall.
The accompanying drawing illustrates light components of some Ausführungsbei games of the subject invention, namely: Fig. 1 a plate in longitudinal section, Fig. 2 the plate in cross section, Fig. 3 the exterior view, and Fig. 4 the interior view of the plate with partially exposed plaster base , Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of the plate in cross section.
The panels shown, from which the walls of the collapsible house are put together, have a frame a, which in the present examples is made of wood, but also 'made of any material, e.g. B. iron, sheet metal, etc., may exist, and according to FIGS. 1 to 4 to the outside with a wooden casing b with overlying insulating cardboard c, or according to FIG. 5 with plaster i, while the plaster skin d is the inner lining forms. e and f mean outside respectively. Blind inside.
The air gap g between the outer and inner cladding can be completely or partially filled according to FIG. 5 with suitable insulating material, in particular peat, preferably peat slabs. In the above-mentioned Ausführungsbeispie len the plaster base is formed by a wire or wire mesh attached directly to the frame, for example, but can also be used for this, for example, reed, etc.
The plates produced in this way are connected to one another exclusively by spring strips, which are inserted into the groove provided in the frame a, so that the plates in their composition result in a solid we kende wall.
