Description

Drying felt for cardboard and paper machines. The use of asbestos threads or threads of axis- # asbestos, spun with wool or cotton for the production of paper inacher felts is known. Here the felt, asbestos chain and wool or cotton sausage is made.

Such a cunning is not V .; Resistant to strong tension in the paper machine and not protected against heat, urine and acid fumes.

Also, felts made of asbestos and other fibers have already been proposed, in which an upper fabric made of asbestos warp and weft is connected to an enter fabric made of cotton warp and weft.

These felts only have asbestos top and are only protected on the top.

The aim of the invention is to keep the --e. ## Childerten types of felt attached - the posterior. share at will. It consists in the fact that the nice part of the dry felt is made from (customary fabric and that it is suspected of being shot into asbestos on both sides of the fabric.

Ordinary fabric qin (1 is to be understood as animal and vegetable fibers, for example wool and cotton. The felt can be, for example, a simple fabric, or a double fabric, consisting of two simple fabrics. The warp and the warps consist of both cases made of animal or vegetable fibers and the shot made of asbestos.

In the double fabric, the lower fabric and the upper fabric are elialed together by a weft of animal or vegetable fibers. This binding weft is, - like the chains, hidden on both sides of the fabric by asbestos shi-iss.

The chain is therefore a fiber material that is very sensitive to heat, acid and seed vapors, while the chain on the side covering Selluss is made of asbestos, which is insensitive to heat, acid and acid vapors and protects the chain.

The present invention also has the advantage over known dryer felts that, by using a chain made of ordinary fabric, the felt lei steadily enough resistance in the tensile stress.

The drying felt described also runs very well. and don't look
