Description
<B>Brevet additionnel</B> subordonné au brevet principal n 88387. Procédé de préparation d'un nouvel engrais à base de nitrophosphate. Dans le brevet principal n 88387 il a été décrit un procédé de préparation d'un nouvel engrais, suivant lequel on neutralise, par malaxage, de la cyanamide par le nitro= phosphate de chaux et on incorpore au pro duit ainsi obtenu, par malaxage, des subs tances solides en poudre, jusqu'à disparition de la consistance plastique et formation d'un produit solide granuleux ou pulvérulent.
On a trouvé que l'on peut avantageuse ment incorporer au nitrophosphate neutralisé par la cyanamide le produit pulvérulent que l'on obtient selon le procédé décrit dans le brevet principal n 87048 en faisant agir, simultanément sur la cyanamide en poudre et jusqu'à saturation de l'alcalinité, des va peurs nitreuses et de la vapeur d'eau diluées dans l'air.
Ceci peut être effectué par exemple de la manière suivante On malaxe le nitrophosphate obtenu par réaction de 1 molécule de phosphate trical- cique et de 2 molécules d'acide nitrique, avec de la cyanamide en quantités telles que toute l'alcalinité de cette dernière soit neutralisée par l'acidité du nitrophosphate. On obtient ainsi un produit de consistance plastique et assez hygroscopique auquel on incorpore par malaxage le produit pulvérulent obtenu selon le procédé décrit dans le brevet suisse n 87048,
par réaction des vapeurs nitreuses et de l'humidité convenablement dosées sur la cya- namide en poudre.
Il se forme un produit d'une consistance pulvérulente qui n'est presque plus hygrosco pique et se prête facilement comme engrais aux manipulations agricoles.

- REVENDICATION Procédé de préparation d'un nouvel engrais à base de nitrophosphate, suivant la reven dication du brevet principal, caractérisé en ce que l'on incorpore, au nitrophospliate neu tralisé par la eyanamide, le produit pulvéru lent qui se forme lorsqu'on fait agir simul tanément sur la cyanamide en poudre, et jusqu'à saturation de l'alcalinité, des vapeurs nitreuses et de la vapeur d'eau diluées dans pair.
