Théière à, renversement. L'objet de l'invention est une théière à renversement comportant un vase fermé pourvu d'un bec d'écoulement. Cette théière est caractérisée en ce que le vase possède une ouverture obturée par un bouchon amo vible supportant à l'intérieur du vase, un récipient filtrant renfermant la substance à infuser, ce récipient étant disposé de telle manière par rapport au bec d'écoulement du vase, que la substance à infuser se trouve hors clic liquide contenu dans le vase, tant que la théière est posée normalement, et qu'elle immerge dans ledit liquide, pour pro duire l'infusion,
lorsque la théière est ren versée et posée de faon que le bec d'écou- lenrent du vase soit dressé en l'air.
Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre d'exemple, urne forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 en est une coupe verticale, la théière étant posée normalement, c'est-à-dire que le récipient filtrant contenant la subs tance à infuser se trouve hors du liquide contenu dans le vase; La fig. 2 en est également une coupe verticale, la théière étant représentée ren versée, pendant l'infusion. La théière représentée comporte un vase fermé 1 en forme de boule, pourvu de pieds 2, d'un bec d'écoulement 3 et d'une poignée 4.
A son sommet, le vase 1 possède un orifice 5 obturé par un bouchon amovible 6 dont la partie intérieure supporte le récipient filtrant 7 contenant la substance à infuser. Le réci pient 7 est emboîté par son extrémité anté rieure dans une partie tubulaire du bouchon 6, de manière que les deux éléments 6 et 7 s'enlèvent d'un bloc lorsqu'on débouche le vase 1 et puissent ensuite être séparés l'un de l'autre si l'on désire vider ou recharger le récipient filtrant. Après avoir débouché l'orifice 5, on verse, de l'eau bouillante dans le vase 1, à peu près jusqu'au niveau indiqué au dessin; puis on rebouche l'orifice 5 au moyen du bouchon 6 supportant le récipient filtrant 7 qui contient la quantité de thé nécessaire à l'infusion.
II est à remarquer que le récipient' filtrant 7 occupe une posi tion fortement inclinée dans un plan passant par le bec 3 et la poignée 4, d'oû il résulte que la substance à infuser contenue dans le récipient 7 se' trouve hors de l'eau contenue dans le vase 1 lorsque la théière est posée normalement (fig. 1). Par contre, si la théière est renversée et posée de façon que le bec d'écoulement 3 du vase est dressé en l'air (fig. 2), le récipient filtrant 7 est immergé par sa partie arrière contenant la substance à infuser. Dès que l'infusion du thé est au point, on redresse la théière dans sa position normale pour verser.
Le thé n'est alors plus immergé dans l'eau du vase, ce qui permet d'obtenir une infusion de thé juste de la force désirée.

At its top, the vessel 1 has an orifice 5 closed by a removable stopper 6, the interior part of which supports the filter container 7 containing the substance to be infused. The receptacle 7 is fitted by its front end in a tubular part of the stopper 6, so that the two elements 6 and 7 are removed from a block when the vessel 1 is opened and can then be separated one by one. on the other if you want to empty or refill the filter container. The tea is then no longer immersed in the water of the vase, which makes it possible to obtain a tea infusion of just the desired strength.
