Description
Spindel für Wind- und Spulmaschinen. Bei der Spindel gemäss Erfindung für Wind und- Spulmaschinen ist der Wirtel an die eigentliche Spindel angegossen und am Umfang mit einer Friktionsschicht versehen. Ein Lockern des Wirtels von der Spindel ist hierbei ausgeschlossen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung im Längs schnitt dargestellt.
1 bezeichnet die eigentliche Spindel und 2 die an derselben mit dem vordern Ende befestigten Haltefedern für die Spule. Auf das hintere Ende der Spindel ist der Wirtel 3 angegossen, auf dessen Umfang- eine Friktions- schicht 4 bildende Ringe aus Leder, Fiber etc. aufgeschoben sind. Dem Wirtel 3 ist ein Gewinde 5 angeschnitten zum Aufschrauben der die Friktionsschicht 4 abschliessenden Ringe 6, wobei ein Flansch 7 als Widerlager für Schicht 4 dient.
Die hintern freien Enden der Federn 2 treten in einen Ringraum 8 zwischen Spindel und Wirtel. Durch das Angiessen des Wirtels an die eigentliche Spindel ist ein Lösen des ersteren von der letzteren ausgeschlossen. Der Wirtel .besteht zweckmässig aus einer Metall- Legierung.

1 designates the actual spindle and 2 the retaining springs for the reel, which are fastened to the same with the front end. The whorl 3 is cast onto the rear end of the spindle, and rings made of leather, fiber, etc., which form a friction layer 4, are slipped onto its circumference. A thread 5 is cut into the whorl 3 for screwing on the rings 6 closing off the friction layer 4, a flange 7 serving as an abutment for the layer 4.
The rear free ends of the springs 2 enter an annular space 8 between the spindle and whorl. By casting the whorl on the actual spindle, loosening of the former from the latter is impossible. The whorl. Consists expediently of a metal alloy.
