Description

Roof stand introduction. With roof stand infill stakes. up to now, insertion grommets made of insulating material have been used regularly, which are inserted into the upper mouth of the insertion tube and which in turn carry the protective bell. These insertion grommets generally sit loosely on the insertion tube, so that air currents coming from below can lift or loosen them.

Of course, they must correspond to their size according to the clear width of the tube and one is obliged to produce and keep in stock a larger number of introductory nozzles of different diameters for the differently wide introductory tubes. -L \ Toeli would put this requirement forward if one wanted to arrange the insertion grommet tightly in the insertion tube in order to avoid lifting off.

In another, known embodiment, the insertion nozzle is provided with two spreading arms which can be pressed against the inner wall of the insertion tube at two diametrically opposite points in order to fix the nozzle to some extent.

This, however, also does not ensure that the grommet is firmly seated in the insertion tube, "since the grommet can swing around those two contact points - and thereby gradually loosen. The subject of the invention is a roof rack introduction, which by those Deficiencies are free, so it is permanently stuck in the insertion roller and # which also has the advantage that it can be used in various ways for insertion tubes and can also be manufactured very easily and cheaply.

An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.

FIG. 1 shows a vertical axial section along line A-B of FIG. 2; Fig. 2 is a plan view. removed protective bell.

Instead of a single insulating body with a single, large insertion channel or an Einführuno grommet made of insulating material with several channels, a plate a is used here, in which individual insulating grommets b in a number corresponding to the number of lines to be introduced.

These insulating grommets b are effortlessly simply pushed into corresponding holes in plate a and attached to them by means of snap rings c . which engage in the corresponding ring grooves in the grommets b .

If possible, a wreath of insulating sleeves b is cut around, the middle fastening support d for the protective cr 0 ZDI is around arranged.

Another wreath possible , list far outside ani the edge of the plate a. 'How the leads f are introduced is shown in Fig. 1 of the drawing, -e- Cleutet.

In the plate a, essentially triangular openings are cut out and the four lobes h created by the aii, -. 3elinit.i are bent downwards. This Lap pen li form the bearing blocks for four Spreizirine i. against their back surface before no plates are pressed together left:

, gnil. drr is attached to the lower end of the support d . The seat (1 is provided with an external freewheel and can be screwed in a corresponding to the central Ge-v #, indeloell the plate a. By screwing down the bracket (1,

the arms i are spread apart by means of the telephone m and the inner wall of the insertion tube is not pressed.

As a result, the lead-in is connected to the lead-in roller at four points and there also pin; the plate a either in the middle or by means of the lifted Lao goats on the left (on the upper edge of the lead-in tube n can sit up, the connection is play-free and there-like.

The illustrated embodiment already shows that the attachment of the new A guide is very simple and can therefore be frehen quickly.

In Fi (r. 1 of the drawing it is also indicated how great the differences, the diameter of the inlet tube ii, can be for which one and the same inlet plate a can be used - Z, c # stood in a different way to be formed.

It would be closed. Example possible, instead of the individual insertion grommets b die, 01a11z (1 insert insert plate a without further eD lining use, whereby of course the insertion holes at the edges would have to be rounded off accordingly. One could also use the insertion plate enamel so that it has a somewhat insulating effect.

Finally, instead of the individual introductory grommets made of porcelain or, alternatively, eyelet-aiti, -e metal bodies, similar to efiva tent eyelets. in the plate a .

Finally, instead of the expansion device shown, one could use any other expansion device for the arms, or else one could have the expansion plate pressed onto the arms instead of practicing it, pulling it in from below, into the arms.

Finally, instead of four spreading arms, one could also use a different number of spreading arms. but in any case in more than two spreading arms, e.g. B, three arms. use. With the number of spreader arms, it is advisable to take into account the number of conductors to be filmed.
