  Mittel zur     Verhinderung    der     Tropfenhaftung    auf Glasscheiben.    Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel, um  das Haften des Regens in Tropfenform auf  Glasscheiben, wie zum Beispiel den Schutz  scheiben von Fahrzeugen und dergleichen,  mehr zu verhindern. Die     Tropfenbildung    ent  steht dadurch, dass die     Kohäsionskräfte    des  Wassers die Adhäsionskräfte auf der Glas  scheibe übersteigen. Demgemäss geht die Er  findung von dem Leitgedanken aus, unter  Steigerung der Adhäsionskräfte den Tropfen  beim Auftreffen auf die Scheibe auseinander  zu ziehen, derart, dass der auftreffende Re  gen in gleichmässig verteilter Schichtung,  also in einer die Durchsicht nicht beeinträch  tigenden Form, von der Scheibe abfliesst.  



  Dieser Erfolg wird erreicht,     wenn    man  einen     schlemmbaren    Grundstoff, beispiels  weise Lehm, mit Soda und mit einem Wasser  zusatz, der eine     Wcichhonsistenz    der Masse  sichert, mischt. Die     Auftragung    dieses Ge  misches auf die Scheibe     erfolgt    durch Ver  reiben, und der zuerst auftreffende Regen       wäscht    den Überzug zunächst aus; es ver  bleibt aber für die Scheibe ein Zustand,  durch welchen die auftreffenden Regen-    tropfen sofort fein verteilt und abgeführt  werden. Dieser Zustand hält mehrere Stun  den an, so dass er der Regel nach den Regen  überdauert.  



  Um die Beeinträchtigung der Durchsicht,  die zunächst durch     Verreibung    des Gemisches  auf der Seheibe entsteht, namentlich für die  Abendbeleuchtung, möglichst herabzusetzen,  kann dem Gemisch eine schwarze Farbe zu  gefügt werden. Die schwärzliche, dünne  Schicht     stört:    die Sicht weit weniger als eine  hellfarbige Schicht, die nach Art einer Gar  dine wirkt.  



  Als geeigneter Grundstoff hat sich Lehm  erwiesen. jedoch würden auch andere Stoffe  geeignet sein, sofern sie sich ähnlich in der       Abschlemmung    verhalten. Als günstiges  Mischungsverhältnis ist eine     Zumischung    von  etwa 10 % Soda zum gesamten übrigen Ge  misch     _    ermittelt worden. Das übrige Gesamt  gemisch setzt sich aus dem Grundstoff und  einem Wasserzusatz     zusammen,    bis eine gute  Konsistenz von weichem Grade erreicht ist.  Um die teigige Konsistenz des Mittels      dauernd aufrecht zu erhalten, empfiehlt sich  der Zusatz -von Glyzerin.

The blackish, thin layer bothers: the view is far less than a light-colored layer that looks like a gar dine.



  Clay has proven to be a suitable raw material. however, other substances would also be suitable provided they behave similarly in the elimination. An admixture of about 10% soda to the rest of the mixture has been found to be a favorable mixing ratio. The rest of the total mixture is made up of the base material and an addition of water until a good consistency of soft grade is achieved. In order to maintain the doughy consistency of the agent, we recommend adding glycerine.
