Etai porte-pinceau. L'objet de la présente invention est un étui porte-pinceau qui a pour but clé protéger contre la souillure les endroits sur lesquels on entrepose un pinceau et vice-versa.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécution de l'invention, donnée à titre d'exemple. La fig. 1 est une coupe longitu dinale à travers l'étui, montrant le pinceau en ordre de transport, et la, fig. 2 représente le pinceau en ordre de service, dégagé de son étui.
Dans ces figues, 1 est un étui cylindrique, par exemple en bois, pourvu d'un bouchon de fermeture 2, amovible, à poignés 3, qui sup porte en même temps la hampe 4 du pinceau 5. A cet effet, la partie inférieure du bouchon est prolongée par une tige 6, coïncidant avec l'axe de l'étui 1. Sur cette tige 6 est montée la hampe 4, consistant en un tuyau de plume, à l'extrémité inférieure de laquelle sont fixés les poils du pinceau. Vers la moitié de sa longueur, la tige 6 est pourvue d'une rainure annulaire 7, autour clé laquelle on iitti ache le tuyau de plume préalablement chauffé, afin de fixer le pinceau sur la tige 6. Un manchon ou douille mobile est adapté à la partie inférieure du pinceau pour aug menter la protection des poils clé blaireau contre la souillure.
Pendant qu'on utilise le pinceau, la douille 8 est repoussée ainsi qu'in- cliqué en lig. 2. Avant de ranger le pinceau -clans l'étui 1, on a soin de le recouvrir de la, douille protectrice 8 qui empêche en même temps, les poils de se déformer. Dans son étui, le pinceau est suspendu dans Eaxe :de celui-ci, sans -possibilité & toucher ses parois.
L'étui 1 peut être confectionné aussi en d'autres matériaux que le bois. Il peut avoir d'autres formes et contenir plusieurs cellules destinées à abriter par exemple plusieurs pin ceaux.
Le bouchon 2, au lieu de tenir dans l'étui par frottement, peut aussi être pourvu d'un filetage permettant ,de le visser dans l'étui ou bien être pourvu d'un anneau en caoutchouc pour en assurer l'étanchéité. La poignée 3 peut être pourvue d'un organe permettant la suspension du pinceau dans sa position ver ticale.

In these figs, 1 is a cylindrical case, for example made of wood, provided with a removable closure cap 2, with handles 3, which at the same time carries the shaft 4 of the brush 5. For this purpose, the lower part of the stopper is extended by a rod 6, coinciding with the axis of the case 1. On this rod 6 is mounted the shaft 4, consisting of a feather pipe, at the lower end of which are fixed the bristles of the brush . Towards half of its length, the rod 6 is provided with an annular groove 7, around which the preheated pen pipe is attached, in order to fix the brush on the rod 6. A mobile sleeve or sleeve is suitable for the lower part of the brush to increase the protection of the badger bristles against soiling.
While using the brush, the sleeve 8 is pushed back as well as clicked in lig. 2. Before storing the brush -in case 1, take care to cover it with the protective sleeve 8 which at the same time prevents the bristles from deforming. In its case, the brush is suspended in Eaxe: of this one, without -possibility & touching its walls.
The case 1 can also be made from materials other than wood. It may have other shapes and contain several cells intended to house, for example, several pins.
The stopper 2, instead of being held in the case by friction, can also be provided with a thread allowing it to be screwed into the case or else be provided with a rubber ring to ensure its tightness. The handle 3 can be provided with a member allowing the brush to be suspended in its vertical position.
