Vorrichtung zum Schutze von Spit-albohrern gegen Bruch beim Bohren. Die Erfindung bezieht siüli'auf eine Vor richtung zum Seliutze von Spiralbohrern ge gen Bruch, welche mit dem Kopfende in die Bohrmaschine eingespannt; wird und den Bohrer bis auf die zum Bohren nötige Länge ummantelt mit mindestens einem schlanken Schutzrohr.
Das Sc'hutzrohr besitzt gemäss der Erfindung nach Art eines Spannfutters für Werkzeugmaschinen zwei miteinander zu versehraübende Rohrteile, -welche im Innern wenigstens eine Kegelfläche und min destens eine an wenigstens einem Ende ge schlitzten und kegelig zugespitzten Spann hülse enthalten, die beim Verschrauben der Rohrteile durch die Kegelfläche an den in die Vorrichtung eingesetzten Bohrer gepresst wird.

Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 sind zwei miteinander verschraub- bare Rohrteile, ein Oberteil a und ein Unter teil<B>b</B> vorhanden, welchei im Innern mit Ke- gelflächen <B><I>g,</I></B><I> h</I> ausgestattet sind. Zwischen diesen befindet sieh die Spannhülse c mit kegeligen, mit Schlitzen d und e versehenen Enden.
Beim Versührauben der Rohrteile a und <B>b</B> legen sich deren Kegelflässhen <B>g</B> und li an die Enden der Spannhülse <B>e,</B> wodurch diese den die Spannhülse auf der ganzen Länge durchsetzenden Bohrer i an zwei Stellen un- verrü,tkbar festklemmt. Das Kopfende des obern Rohrteils dient zum Einspannen in das Bohrfutter oder in die Bohrspindel und ist dementsprechend ausgebildet.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nacli Fig. 2 befindet sich zwischen dem Oberteil a und dem obern En-de der Spannhülse c lose ein Ring<B>k</B> mit einer Kegelfläche, welche beim Verschrauben der Rohrteile a und<B>b</B> die glei- ehe Wirkung auf die Spannhülse c ausübt,

Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 und<B>5</B> sind zwei Schutzrohre I und II mit einander vereinigt, deren eines das andere umgreift und auf ihm aühsial verschiebbar ist, so dass bei fest angezogenen Verschrau bungen beider Rohre diese durch den von ihnen festgeklemmten Bohrer gegeneinander festgestellt sind, während nach Lockerung der -Versehraubung des einen Rohres die ach,- siale Verschiebbarkeit hergestellt ist.
Das obere Sehutzrohr <B>1</B> besteht aus den Rohrteilen a, und<B>b,</B> und zwei Spannhülsen el' und e,"". Es besitzt zwei Kegelflächen<B>g,</B> und 12, deren eine,<B>g,</B> sich an der Spannhülse c,", und deren andere, li, sich am Rohrteil<B>b,</B> befin det.
Das obere Sühutzrohr <B>1</B> klemmt den Bohrer i anzwei Stellen fest-, nämlich an den untern, hegelig zugespitzten und geschlitzten Enden der beiden Spannhülsen<B>e,'</B> und el". Das andere Schutzrohr IT besteht aus den beiden Rohrteilen a. und<B>b2</B> und einer Spann hülse c..
Es besitzt eine Kegelfläche h-. am Rohrteil <B>b2.</B> Der Oberteil a2 des untern Sehutzrohres 11 umgreift den Rohrteil<B>b,</B> des obern Schutzrohres I und kann läng(ps des äLissern Führungsmantels al' seines Oberteils a verschoben werden.
Das untere Schutzrohr klemmt, wenn die Versehraubuno- der beiden n R.ohrteile t72 und<B>b2</B> fest angezogen ist, mit- lelst der auf das untere Ende der Spannhülse <B><U>c..</U></B> einwirkenden Kerpelflä#che h. des untern Rohrfeils b-. den Bohrer i nur an einer ein- zi < ren Stelle fest.
