Método para preparar una microesfera de liberación sostenida que comprende disolver la sustancia activa y un polímero biodegradable en solvente acuoso y no acuoso respectivamente, formar una emulsión entre ambas soluciones, adicionarle un cosolvente y agregarla a un solvente acuoso para formar la microesfera y remover el solvente orgánico.
