EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE LOS PASOS<br /> DE: DISPONER DE UN CAMINO O SENDERO DE BAJO TRÁFICO Y SIN CARPETA DE RODADO DE ASFALTO O DE HORMIGÓN; NIVELAR Y<br /> HOMOGENEIZAR EL CAMINO O SENDERO; DETERMINAR EL ANCHO Y LARGO DE LA LOSA, Y ESTABLECER SU ESPESOR SEGÚN LA<br /> CANTIDAD Y CARGA DE TRÁFICO, LA CAPACIDAD DE SOPORTE DEL TERRENO NATURAL, LA RESISTENCIA DEL HORMIGÓN, SU<br /> RESISTENCIA RESIDUAL Y EL CLIMA, TAL QUE EL ESPESOR SEA DE 5 A 15 CM; DETERMINAR LA DOSIS DE FIBRA PARA UNA<br /> RESISTENCIA RESIDUAL NECESARIA DE DISEÑO DE 10% A 50% DE LA RESISTENCIA MÁXIMA DEL HORMIGÓN, PREPARAR LA<br /> MEZCLA DE HORMIGÓN Y FIBRAS, SELECCIONADAS DESDE ACERO, VIDRIO, POLIPROPILENO, CARBONO U OTRA FIBRA ESTRUCTURAL<br /> PARA HORMIGÓN; Y VERTER LA MEZCLA DIRECTAMENTE SOBRE EL CAMINO O SENDERO. TAMBIÉN SE REIVINDICA UNA LOSA DE<br /> HORMIGÓN ASOCIADA A DICHO MÉTODO, JUNTO CON UN MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR DICHA LOSA.LOW TRAFFIC ROADS OR PATHWAYS PAVING METHOD WITH A PAVING SLAB Poured IN SITU <br /> AND ON A ROAD THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ASPHALT OR CONCRETE ROLLING FOLDER. THE SLAB HAS A LESS WIDTH DX <br /> AT THE LESS VALUE BETWEEN D1 AND D2. D1 IS THE FREE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE FRONT WHEELS OF A FREIGHT <br /> TRUCK OR SKIPPER, AND D2 IS THE DISTANCE THAT SEPARATES THE WHEELS ON THE REAR WHEEL TRAIN. THE LENGTH OF THE SLAB, LX, IS <br /> LESS THAN THE VALUE OF THE LENGTH L OF THE FREE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE FRONT AXLE AND THE FIRST REAR AXLE OF THE WHEEL TRAIN <br /> OF THE PATTERN CARGO TRUCK, SO AS THE DIMENSIONS DX AND LX ALLOW A SINGLE WHEEL OR <br /> SINGLE WHEEL TRAIN OF THE PATTERN TRUCK TO ALWAYS BE LEANED ON THE SLAB AND TOUCHING IT. THE METHOD INCLUDES THE STEPS <br /> OF: HAVING A LOW TRAFFIC ROAD OR PATH WITHOUT ASPHALT OR CONCRETE ROLLING FOLDER; LEVEL AND <br /> HOMOGENEIZE THE ROAD OR PATH; DETERMINE THE WIDTH AND LENGTH OF THE SLAB, AND ESTABLISH ITS THICKNESS ACCORDING TO THE <br /> QUANTITY AND TRAFFIC LOAD, THE SUPPORT CAPACITY OF THE NATURAL TERRAIN, THE STRENGTH OF THE CONCRETE, ITS <br /> RESIDUAL STRENGTH AND THE CLIMATE, SUCH THAT THE THICKNESS IS FROM 5 TO 15 CM; DETERMINE THE FIBER DOSE FOR A NECESSARY <br /> RESIDUAL STRENGTH OF DESIGN OF 10% TO 50% OF THE MAXIMUM STRENGTH OF THE CONCRETE, PREPARE THE <br /> MIX OF CONCRETE AND FIBERS, SELECTED FROM STEEL, GLASS, POLYPROPYLENE, POLYPROPYLENE OR ANOTHER STRUCTURAL FIBER <br /> FOR CONCRETE; AND POUR THE MIXTURE DIRECTLY ON THE ROAD OR PATH.
