Abstract
MÉTODO Y SISTEMA PARA FABRICAR UNA HOJA DE VIDRIO CURVADA CON UNA CURVATURA PERMANENTE DE HOJA DE VIDRIO, EL CUAL ES MÁS ECONÓMICO Y MÁS PRECISO EN COMPARACIÓN CON EL ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA, EN DONDE EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE LOS PASOS DE: A) SUMINISTRAR UNA HOJA DE VIDRIO TEMPERADA PRECURSORA PLANE CON UN GROSOR DE HOJA DE VIDRIO SELECCIONADO DEL RANGO ENTRE 2 MM Y 10 MM; B) CURVAR LA HOJA DE VIDRIO TEMPERADA PRECURSORA PLENA CON LA AYUDA DE UNA FUERZA DE CURVATURA EXTERNA, DE TAL MANERA QUE RESULTE UNA HOJA DE VIDRIO CURVADA CON UNA CURVATURA DE HOJA DE VIDRIO: Y C) FIJAR LA CURVATURA DE HOJA DE VIDRIO DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO CURVADA DE TAL MANERA QUE RESULTE LA CURVATURA PERMANENTE DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO; EN DONDE LA CURVATURA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO TEMPERADA PRECURSORA PLANA ES EJECUTADA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE CURVATURA QUE ES SELECCIONADA DEL RANGO ENTRE 0°C Y 70°C, UN SOPORTE ES UTI(IZADO EL CUAL COMPRENDE POR LO MENOS UNA PLANTILLE DE SOPORTE CON UNA SUPERFICIE DE PLANTILLA CURVADA, LA CUAL ESTÁ EN FORMA INVERSA EN COMPARACIÓN CON UNA CURVATURA DE SUPERFICIE DE HOJA DE VIDRIO DE (A CURVATURA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO, Y EN DONDE PARA LA CURVATURA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO TEMPERADA PRECURSORA PLANA, LA HOJA DE VIDRIO TEMPERADA PRECURSORA PLANA Y LA SUPERFICIE DE LA PLANTIFA DE LA PLANTILLA SON JUNTADAS Y/O PARA LA FIJACIÓN DE LA CURVATURA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO, LA SUPERFICIE DE CURVATURA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO Y LA SUPERFICIE DE LA PLANTILLA SON JUNTADAS; Y DESPUÉS DE LA FIJACIÓN DE LA CURVATURA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO POR LO MENOS UN REVESTIMIENTO DE ESPEJO ES ADJUNTADO A LA SUPERFICIE DEL VIDRIO.
