Secuencia nucleotídica promotora que permite la regulación de expresión de genes en plantas que comprende por lo menos 80% de identidad con la secuencia o una porción de la secuencia promotora de los genes ATLG05340 o ATLG80160 de arabidopsis; vector y microorganismo que comprenden dicha secuencia promotora; procedimiento de obtención de una planta genéticamente modificada.
