Abstract
Una unidad de extracción continua, que comprende una pluralidad de cámaras de extracción, en donde cada una de las cámaras de extracción comprende una o más válvulas u otros medios para dirigir un flujo de fluido, y en el que Ia cámara de extracción contiene material extraible para Ia extracción de un soluto por un disolvente cuando están bajo el flujo de fluido; al menos una cámara de expansión que comprende una entrada de solución, que permite una caida de presión a través de Ia entrada de solución que promueve la formación de un diso!vente vaporizado de Ia solución asi como Ia areolacion, unión y Ia consolidación del soluto como un liquido o extracto de solución concentrado; al menos un condensador, en donde el disolvente vaporizado es condensado a un liquido: al menos un compresor, una bomba de liquido u otros medios de flujo de fluido situado aguas abajo del condensador y aguas arriba de las cámaras de extracción, y cámaras de expansión; y al menos una bomba, una válvula u otros medios para remover de forma continua o periódica el extracto sin interrupción del flujo de fluido, en donde una de dicha pluralidad de cámaras de extracción se retira cuando el material extraíble ha sido liberado de todos soluto y se ha reemplazado Ia cámara de extracción removida con una cárnara de extracción equivalente con material fresco extraible sin interrupción dcl flujo do fluido a través de al menos una de las cámaras de extracción, y en el que el disolvente es retenido dentro de Ia unidad.
