Reiv.20 Una célula solar caracterizada porque comprende: - Un sustrato; - Una región semiconductora dispuesta en o sobre el sustrato; y - Un contacto conductor dispuesto en la región semiconductora, en donde el contacto conductor incluye las partículas conductoras mecánicamente deformadas.
