Abstract

La solicitud divulga en la cláusula 1 un proceso para la preparación de una suspensión acuosa que comprende por lo menos un material que contiene carbonato de calcio, CARACETRIZADO porque el proceso comprende: a) Proporcionar una suspensión acuosa sustancialmente libre de dispersante de por lo menos un material que contiene carbonato de calcio; b) Calentar previamente la suspensión de la etapa a) hasta una temperatura de 40 a 95°C a presión ambiente; c) Poner en contacto la suspensión acuosa de la etapa a) antes y/o en el transcurso y/o después de la etapa de calentamiento previo b), y/o antes y/o en el transcurso y/o después de la etapa de molienda húmeda d) con por lo menos una base, para obtener una suspensión acuosa que tiene un pH medico a 25°C de mayor o igual a 9,0; y d) Moler en húmedo la suspensión calentada previamente de la etapa b) o de la etapa c) en por lo menos una etapa de molienda para obtener una suspensión acuosa de por lo menos un material que contiene carbonato de calcio que tiene una proporción de partículas que tienen un valor de tamaño de partícula promedio d80 a partículas que tiene un valor de tamaño de partícula promedio d20 [d80/d20] de menos o igual a 2,50. La solicitud divulga en la cláusula 13 un material que contiene carbonato de calcio, CARACTERIZADA porque tiene una proporción de partículas que tienen un valor de tamaño de partícula promedio d80 a partículas que tiene un valor de tamaño de partícula promedio d20 [d80/d20] de menos o igual a 2,50, donde el material que contiene carbonato de calcio ha sido obtenido mediante un proceso de las cláusulas 1 a 12.
