Abstract
<p>Un cuerpo duro resistente al desgaste que está compuesto par una aleación a base de hierro de alta resistencia (IFW) y de preferencia, tiene en Ia parte exterior una funda o vaina de otro material. Los cilindros para las prensas de cilindros tienen por lo general una cinta de enlace, a menudo denominada también cuerpo del cilindro, en Ia cual se introducen los cuerpos duros conio blindaje de rejilla. Con especial preferencia, el cuerpo duro tiene en Ia parte exterior una funda cerrada trilateralmente. En forma ventajosa, se debe procesar apenas el cuerpo duro con el objeto de asegurar el ajuste en el orificio en Ia cinta de enlace, dada que Ia funda ya tiene este ajuste. De este modo, se puede lograr un ajuste definido entre Ia cinta de enlace y el cuerpo duro<br /> con funda. Los cuerpos duro con funda o vaina conforme a Ia invención también son designados como tapes ("studs") de bimetal. Además, en forma especialmente preferencial, los cuerpos duros resistentes al desgaste tienen una forma cilindrica circular. Asimismo, Ia cara delantera cerrada de Ia funda, que en el estado instalado apunta hacia el centro del cilindro, está configurada en forma preferentemente redondeada. De esta manera, se evita ventajosamente Ia formación de grietas en Ia cinta de enlace debido a bordes afllados. El redondeado consiste, de preferencia, en una forma esférica.</p>
