Abstract
Un sistema de control del proceso que comprende a una o más unidades de procesamiento corriente arriba, cada uno opera un caudal de flujo un tanque conectado a una o más unidades de procesamiento corriente arriba un filtro que tiene una entrada, una salida de permeado y una salida de la fracción retenida conectada al tanque una bomba de alimentación que tiene una entrada conectada al tanque y una salida conectada a la entrada del filtro un sensor dispuesto a la salida del permeado para determinar un caudal de flujo en la salida del permeado y un sistema de control, que es uno de los siguientes i a iv, i acoplado al sensor y a los procesos corriente arriba, y adaptado para controlar el caudal de flujo de una o más de una o más unidades de procesamiento corriente arriba de acuerdo con el caudal de flujo en la salida del permeado, ii acoplado al sensor y a la bomba de alimentación, y adaptado para controlar la bomba de alimentación de acuerdo con el caudal de flujo a la salida del permeado, iii acoplado al sensor y a la bomba de alimentación, adaptado para controlar la bomba de alimentación de acuerdo con el caudal de flujo a la salida del permeado hasta que se alcanza un caudal de flujo predeterminado para la bomba de alimentación, y controlar el caudal de flujo de una o más de una o más unidades de procesamiento corriente arriba de acuerdo con el caudal de flujo a la salida del permeado hasta que se alcanza el caudal de flujo predeterminado para la bomba de alimentación, o iv acoplado al sensor y a la bomba de alimentación, y adaptado para controlar la bomba de alimentación de acuerdo con el caudal de flujo a la salida del permeado hasta que se alcanza un caudal de flujo predeterminado para la bomba de alimentación, ya permitir un desajuste entre el caudal de flujo de una o más unidades de procesamiento corriente arriba y el caudal de flujo de la bomba de alimentación hasta que se alcanza el caudal de flujo predeterminado para la bomba de alimentación.
